TOP Hotel in Ruhpolding ****
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr groß und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt super zentral und ist auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr neu und wirklich top eingerichtet. Auch die gebuchte Massage war sehr sehr angenehm. Wir konnten uns sehr sehr gut entspannen und fühlten uns richtig wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Ortskern. Frühstück war fantastisch. Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Auch bei einem Problem wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht ( Booking hatte meine Buchung nicht weitergeleitet und das Hotel war eigentlich ausgebucht)

Für zwei Nächte ok…

Die Lage der Unterkunft mitten im Herzen von Ruhpolding ist fantastisch.
Auch das extrem umfangreiche und sehr leckere Frühstücksbuffet ist weiterzuempfehlen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ebenfalls.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Obwohl das Zimmer sehr sauber war, ist es jedoch arg in die Jahre gekommen (besonders das Bad). Der Teppich war sehr abgewohnt und nicht ansprechend. Insgesamt hat uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht überzeugt. Mit Hotels in dieser Kategorie haben wir schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Auch das Personal wirkte sehr kühl.

4 Sterne sind zu viel.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 102 ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Duschkopf ließ fast kein Wasser mehr durch. Nach Meldung an die Rezeption wurde der Duschkopf ausgetauscht, allerdings gegen einen gebrauchten der auch nicht gut funktioniert. Ansonsten Komplettes Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Einmal wurde vom Zimmerpersonal die Balkontür aufgelassen und einmal die Zimmertür nicht abgeschlossen, sodass jede fremde Person ins Zimmer konnte. Wenn so etwas passiert, wer zahlt dann für den Schaden? Das Zimmer, Bad und das Zimmerpersonal bekommt Max. 3 Sterne. 4 Sterne fürs Hotel sind zu viel. Für 230,-Euro pro Nacht fürs Doppelzimmer kann man mehr erwarten.
