Nu merita 4 stele, maxim 2 stele
Pros:

Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, locația are în apropiere mare și multe restaurante, micul dejun variat.

Cons:

Din pacate, acum inteleg recenziile si nota per total de 8. Nu camerele neaparat mici sunt problema in sine pentru mine, dar usa de la baie este glisantă si practic se aude totul din pat, iese umezeala, nu exista ventilatie.
Nu ai unde sa iti pui prosopul la uscat, nu exista niciun cuier.
Exista o singura priza in toata camera si una la baie. Pentru doua persoane, peste noapte cineva trebuie sa isi lase device-ul la incarcat in baie in aburii de la dus.
Se aude totul din celelalte camere iar personalul de la curatenie incepe la 7 dimineata si tranteste totul sau vorbeste la telefon…

Apart from the very thin walls this hotel is set in a beautiful location and is lovely around the pool area and very clo
Pros:

Hotel was lovely and set in a perfect location on the quieter side of Lloret.
The pool area.

Cons:

Walls are so thin you can not get sleep, woken up everytime a toilet lid drops or a door shuts, you can hear conversations very clearly from rooms around you.
Tv wasn’t tuned in even though we went down and asked reception a few times.

If your an early riser you are Unable to get hot water or get a coffee before 8am. Until breakfast opens. No coffee machine in reception

Drinks machine only accepts coins, if you have no change for a cold drink during the night your screwed till 8am. No fridge or kettle in rooms either.

Excellent court séjour
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé, dans une partie plutôt calme de Lloret et pas très loin du centre.

Cons:

Le tapage nocturne de certains clients au cours de 2 nuits. Mais avec intervention rapide et efficace du gardien de nuit

Top hotel en altitude à 1500m du centre ville
Pros:

Piscine + plage des surfeurs “privee” à 100m. Ideal pour familles qui veulent du calme et être un peu eloigne du centre festif 1.5km

Cons:

Check in un peu tard à partir de 14h check out trop tôt 10h maxi. Hotel trop loin du centre ville. Endroit isole en altitude. Geographiquement trop eloigne du centre ville 1.5km en altitude !

Cons:

Breakfast selection very poor do not recommend including it in your stay.
Staff at reception seem helpless and untrained - maybe these were trainees who create an impression of a crowd at reception but it doesnt create a better check in or check out experience. Staff do not try to to check you in a minute earlier than 2 pm. Cleaning staff open the door to your room without even knocking if you delayed check out by 10 minutes past 10 am they just assume you are not there and directly open the door. Door to the bathroom closed only half way which is not very pleasant even if you are alone in the room.
Location personally for me wasnt good as its far from downtown and involves a walk uphill for 1km approximately. But if you dont care about nightlife or downtown and plan to stay in the hotel only the location is good - the beach is right in front of it.
