ALEGRIA Fenals Mar

The room was tiny, the wardrobe door was so stiff you could barely open/ close it. There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels. And generally just not much space to do anything (three of us in one room, but the room was definitely just a standard size room with an extra bed put in… so it was tight). On booking.com this hotel is advertised as an adults only - it DEFINITELY IS NOT an adults only hotel. We didn’t feel there was loads of places to go for food and drinks in the evenings.

Najważniejsze o czym zapomniałam:
- w basenie było około 20 głośnych dzieci które wyzywały, topiły się nawajem, wskakiwały do wody mimo zakazu wskakiwania i nikt się tym nie zainteresował. Był to jakiś obóz, kolonia? I opiekunki siedziały daleko pijąc i paląc a my z innymi ludźmi z basenu musieliśmy się męczyć z cudzymi dziećmi:)
I od razu napiszę, że nie mam problemu z dziećmi - bylo na basenie wiele rodzin, ale rodzice pilnowali swoich pociech :) inaczej jak taka szarańcza wskoczy do wody naraz i nikt tego nie kontroluje co wyprawiają. Zero relaksu

Хотелось бы отметить девушку марину на входе в столовую встречающую посетителей. Она подошла к нам и запретила брать с собой свою бутилированную воду при этом даже не предложила в замен не чего , хотя обязаны предоставить воду.

Alors que l'établissement acceptait les animaux de compagnie ils ont refusé l'accès de mon chien en chambre parce que son poids dépassé les 8kg ! Je n'ai jamais été informé de cette directive et mon animal de compagnie a du dormir dans la voiture malgré la canicule alors que c'est interdit en Espagne de laisser les animaux dans un véhicule.

We arrived at approximately 11:15pm for what was meant to be a special birthday trip. As soon as we entered the room, we were met with a very strong unpleasant smell. The room did not appear to be clean, and the door locks were faulty, leaving us concerned about our safety and security.

We reported these issues immediately to reception, giving the hotel the opportunity to resolve them. Rather than offering us an alternative room or a meaningful solution, the receptionist sprayed air freshener in the room and left. When we explained that we were not prepared to stay in those conditions, we were effectively told to “take it or leave it” and that there was nothing else that could be done. The receptionist came across as dismissive and unconcerned, leaving us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously.

Having no confidence in the room or our safety, we had no option but to book alternative accommodation through Booking.com at 11:58pm that same night at our own expense. We did not stay overnight or make use of the room or any of the hotel’s facilities.

The following morning, we returned to the hotel and were then told that other options could potentially have been offered if we had contacted them, which directly contradicted what we had been told by the receptionist the previous evening. We were also asked to sign an early departure form confirming that we were leaving the property, which was not translated in English.

Since then, obtaining a refund has been extremely difficult. We have spent weeks trying to resolve the matter through numerous emails, messages and telephone calls. Throughout the process we received conflicting information from both the hotel and Booking.com, making an already stressful situation even more frustrating. We were initially informed that a refund had been initiated, only for this to later be disputed, which caused further confusion and unnecessary stress.

Trochę restrykcyjne zasady basenowe ale i tak lekkie naginanie regulaminu nie było problemem

Brak lodówki w pokoju, małe kłopoty z klimatyzacja,duzo osób mocno pijących i krzyczacych o 5 rano,piłki,kola w basenie który nie jest duży więc inni mają kłopoty z relaksem w wodzie.
