Great hotel with fantastic staff.
Pros:

I booked this for my wife and daughter so didn't go myself, but they loved it here. A great hotel and the junior suite was amazing with a fabulous view but the most special thing was the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. There was some mixed communication at the time of booking but they went over and above what was expected to make up for this small issue. Everytime I spoke to my wife she was gushing about the staff and how amazing they all were. They even changed her wheel for her when she had a puncture. Was nice to know they were in good hands. Would definitely book here again and cannot recomend it enough.

Pros:

La camera bellissima e nuovissima, con vista splendida sulla pista da sci e sulle montagne.
Buona colazione seppur con qualche mancanza per le intolleranze, ma il personale è stato disponibile e cordiale a soddisfare le mie esigenze.
Spa bella e funzionale soprattutto per la sauna e per la piscina riscaldata.
Bella sala comune con camino acceso e accogliente la sera.
Posizione perfetta, vicino all’impianto di risalita.
Nota di merito per i proprietari con cui abbiamo fatto una piacevole chiacchierata e ci hanno accompagnato alla fermata del bus per il ritorno.

Cons:

Peccato solo per una signora che è stata poco cordiale e superficiale in più occasioni. Ci ha ignorato alla richiesta di informazioni e un altro giorno quando abbiamo chiesto se fosse stato possibile fare una merenda in via straordinaria visto che avevamo saltato il pranzo ci ha detto di no.
Rivoltomi successivamente al barista, è stato disponibile nel prepararmi un panino.
