Sehr schöne alte Villa am Fuße der Prosecco-Straße.

Cons:

Die Gartenanlage sowie der Pool (starker Algenbefall) benötigen mehr Pflege.

Staffing issues, avoid this hotel.

Nice Villa style hotel.

Cons:

First let me say we have traveled EXTENSIVELY for 3 months at a time, staying in nice properties. This is one of the WORST experiences we have ever had, especially at this price point. It’s not an 80 euro one star place. The staffing is very poor. Zero positive customer interactions. No greetings, we see incoming guests struggling to lift their luggage up the stairs without help. Desk staff never leave their laptops. We had our A/C running full blast the entire time and room never was cooler than 25c. We asked to change rooms and told none available. We left at 10am for daily outings and returned at 4pm to rest before dinner and room was not service yet. Asked why? They said they are understaffed. Breakfast not enough staff to service amount of guests. AVOID STAYING HERE. June 2026

Ausbaufähige Substanz !
Pros:

Schöne, imposante Villa mit großem Park, großzügige -sichere Parkplätze, ruhig gelegen, freundliches Frühstückspersonal !

Cons:

Zimmer mit 2Einzelbetten und Terrasse wurde bestellt und bestätigt, nicht vorhanden !
Zimmer wurde trotz Aufforderung nicht aufgeräumt bzw Bad nicht gereinigt ! Betten nicht aufgebettet !
Fast unmöglich, zwei einzelne Bettdecken zu erhalten !
Kein Empfang, keinerlei Unterstützung beim Gepäcktransport, nicht einmal die Eingangstüre wurde offen gehalten, die Dame im Empfang sah den Transport-Schwierigkeiten teilnahmslos und ohne Kommentar, sitzend hinter dem Schreibtisch zu !
Personal beim Empfang unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit und inkompetent !
Teilnahmslose, unfreundliche Reaktionen, keinerlei Lösungen der Wünsche, nur „Sorry, aus diesem oder jenen Grund nicht möglich „ !!
Leider nur 2 deutschsprachige TV Programme trotz vieler deutscher und österreichischer Gäste !
Pool verunreinigt, Gesamteindruck des Parks und des Pools wirkt ungepflegt und herabgekommen !
Hatten den Eindruck, das Personal besteht ausschließlich aus Personen , welche sich noch in Ausbildung befinden und in diesem Haus die notwendigen Praxismonate ohne jegliche Führung/Kontrolle absolvieren !
Können diese Unterkunft absolut nicht weiterempfehlen !

Pros:

Italienisch, aber der raum in dem bufett war war sehr klein, konnten eig immer nur 1-2 etwas holen, also anstellen

Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zimmer neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Lage war sehr ansprechend, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte keine Sitzgelegenheiten.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Speisekarte im Restaurant nicht abwechslungsreich.

Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen
Pros:

Das Design der frisch renovierten Zimmer ist ganz zauberhaft. Besonders hervorragend ist das Team, das exzellent zusammen gearbeitet hat, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ist.
Das hauseigene Restaurant hat einen Gaumenschmaus mit den besten regionalen Produkten im Sterneniveau gezaubert, so dass wir ganz entzückt waren.

Das elegante Hotel nach guter Renovierung. Die Lage und der Park, das Personal, das Frühstück und und das Restaurant waren super

Cons:

Dass die Wasserspülung am WC defekt war und wir erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Darin fehlte dann der Haarfön, den wir dann bekamen
Dürfte bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse nicht passieren.
