Put simply this is not a small luxury hotel of the world. So if you’re looking for a hotel of that standard then this on

Location and room were good.

Cons:

This hotel took us by surprise; we booked on the basis it was a small luxury hotel of the world. But it didn’t feel like one. The pool felt under maintained and didn’t look particularly hygienic. There was limited sunbeds and shade and the whole outdoor area seemed unloved.

Amazing! Best place we have ever stayed.
Pros:

It’s a very beautiful location and the property is very charming. The decor is very stylish and the rooms very comfortable. Benadetta was incredible, she made our stay so special and took care of us so well. Nothing was too much for her, she sorted out transport, organised a prosecco tour and spa treatments. We were only there for 2 nights but we are already planning another trip. The whole staff are super kind and very lovely. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait for the next trip. This hotel is definitely 5 star.

Cons:

Nothing! And this is unusual for us as we always have some constructive feedback but this time we were blown away by the experience. This is the best place we have stayed and I think in large part due to the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I want to call out all of them by name but we are limited to work count here.

Ein wahres Schmuckstück in der Prosecco-Region
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten äußerst komfortabel.
Wir hatten zudem einen wundervollen Ausblick von unserem kleinen Zimmerbalkon auf die naheliegenden Weinberge. Die ruhig gelegene Poolanlage am Hotel ist ideal zum Entspannen.
Vielen Dank auch für die zwei Gläser Prosecco als Welcome Drinks bei unserer Ankunft.
Insgesamt ein sehr stilvolles und gut geführtes Hotel. Die Kombination aus historischem Ambiente und moderner Ausstattung hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Ein Plus wäre noch eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, da nur ein Wasserkocher und Tee vorhanden waren.
Die Amenities am Zimmer waren teilweise leider unvollständig (leeres Dental Kit), aber grundsätzlich ein umfangreiches Angebot.
