Mooi appartement op prachtige locatie
Pros:

Ons verblijf in Landhaus Charlotte is ons erg goed bevallen. Prachtige locatie, vlakbij het bos waar we heerlijk konden wandelen met onze hond. Het appartement, we kregen een upgrade van Christine, was erg ruim, gezellig en comfortabel met uitzicht op de bergen. We zagen eekhoorns en goudvinken, sijsjes en spechten terwijl we ontbeten. Christine was erg vriendelijk en gaf tips voor het verkennen van de omgeving. Seefeld zelf is een mooie plaats met veel terrassen en winkels.
We komen terug!

Tolle, ruhige Lage oberhalb von Seefeld mit wunderbaren Ausblicken. Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Lovely and Wonderful Stay

It was close to the bus stop for local travel, 7min taxi ride to the train stop.
It was quiet.
Christine was a lovely host, very helpful and informative about happenings in the area.

Alles in allem OK...aber hat Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Die schönen Liegemöglichkeiten im Vorgarten...mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Hohemunde

Cons:

Hmm...die etwas lieblos eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles zusammengewürfelt und schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war zwar mit neuen Matratzen ausgestattet was auch sehr lobenswert war, aber leider war das Bettgestell und das Lattenrost so katastrophal das man bei jeder Bewegung alles am knartschen oder quitschen war. Anfängliche Reperatur von uns selber hat sich leider nach einer Woche wieder in Rauch aufgelöst. Die Ausstattung war zwar alles soweit da...aber ob es die Kaffeetassen waren die vom MC Donalds MC Cafe gewesen sind oder die Gläser die keine einheitlichen waren. Selbst die Kaffeemaschine die wahrscheinlich nur 10€ bei Amazon gekostet hat,oder der Mini-Backofen zum Brötchen auf backen war zwar da...aber wie gesagt...alles nur mittel zum Zweck und ohne Qualität. Alles in allem waren leider viel zu wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten in der Wohnung vor allem auch im WC. Es fehlte schon das eine oder andere Regal oder Abstellmöglichkeiten für Utensilien. Des weiteren waren wir unzufrieden damit das zwar ausgelobt war das es eine Waschmaschine gibt(was wir uns extra gewünscht hatten bei 13 Tagen Aktiv Urlaub) und diese zwar auch da war...aber es stand nirgends etwas das diese gegen Gebühr von 6 € pro Wäscheladung gekostet hätte. Und dies obwohl wir unser eigenes Waschmittel ja auch mit genommen hatten, fanden wir dann doch zu teuer. Es wird zwar sehr viel Info Material zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr löblich ist aber hier war es auch schon alles .
Die relax Möglichkeit bei schlechtem Wetter ins Hotel gehen zu können um den dortigen Sauna Bereich zu nutzen, hatten wir nicht in den Augenschein genommen da das Hotel nun doch schon auf der anderen Seite des Ortes gewesen ist. Der ausgewiesene Fußweg von 10 min. Ist etwas fragwürdig..Gerade wenn man dann doch das Auto Mal stehen lassen möchte und einfach nur Entspannen mag. Mit vollen Taschen bisschen umständlich..aber wie gesagt...die Möglichkeit hätte ja bestanden. Wenn es auch nicht komfortabel ist...

Pros:

Schöne, ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Restaurants/Cafés 10-15 min fußläufig entfernt. Viele tolle Wanderungen direkt von Seefeld aus möglich. Sehr schöner Saunabereich im Partnerhotel Charlotte (ca. 10 min fußläufig entfernt), der mitgenutzt werden darf.
Extra-Wünsche wie eine größere Pfanne oder zusätzliche Handtücher für die Sauna wurden sehr freundlich und umgehend erfüllt :)

Relax e attività all’insegna della natura.
Pros:

Struttura molto carina con una splendida vista. Il paese è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi; in alternativa, proprio sotto casa si trova la fermata dell’autobus, gratuito grazie alla card riservata agli ospiti. Dai boschi adiacenti al giardino partono inoltre alcuni sentieri molto tranquilli, ideali per passeggiate nella natura.

Beautiful holiday in Tyrol
Pros:

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the edge of Seefeld with beautiful views of the Hohe Mande. Well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to hiking paths. Private south facing balcony to sunbathe. Host Christine friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended

Perfect accommodation for a peaceful holiday.
Pros:

Spacious studio apartment with a private balcony. The kitchenette had everything we needed. Walks out into hills direct from apartment.

Cons:

The spa /wellness facilities are further down into town centre separate from the building we were staying in which wasn’t clear from advert but it worked out ok. The spa is excellent.
