Excellent, Authentic, Clean and Spacious
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom, cleaned daily. Quiet area although within easy reach of the centre.
Hotel is authentic and has all required amenities for a pleasant stay.
Regine, our host was exceptional keeping us up to date with tips to ensure our stay was maximised.

Emplacement idéal !
Pros:

Notre séjour a été parfait dans la villa!
De la préparation du voyage, avec les infos de Régine, puis l’accueil de Régine quand nous sommes arrivés !
Régine s’occupe de nous comme si elle nous accueillait chez elle, elle est aux petits soins, et joignables à tout moment quand on a une demande à lui faire. C’est super appréciable.
La chambre que nous avions été d’une propreté exemplaire, et la clim très appréciable par les températures que l’on a eu.
Et l’emplacement est idéal, au calme et à 5mn de la mer! Et du tram pour se rapprocher de la vieille ville (si on ne veut pas marcher!)
Nous n’avons pas profité du petit déjeuner, donc on ne peut pas se prononcer !

Een heerlijke vakantie in de mooie stad Nice, met verblijf in het kleinschalige, heel aangename en rustige hotel De Zwan
Pros:

Villa Les Cygnes is een rustig gelegen, vriendelijk hotel. De kamers waren ruim, net als de badkamers. Alles zeer schoon. De hotelleiding, Régine, was behulpzaam en servicegericht. Schoonmaak was op vaste, vooraf bekende tijden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was prima, maar het aanvangstijdstip van 8:30 uur was voor ons meestal iets te laat, omdat wij op warme dagen al vroeg op pad gingen.

Fantastiskt boende i lugn miljö med närhet till stranden och staden
Pros:

Fantastiskt och personligt bemötande och service av Régine. Väldigt bra AC. Stort och fint rum. Väldigt fin och god frukost som serverades personligen i den mysiga trädgården. Vi fick massor av bra tips på utflykter, restauranger och aktiviteter. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och kommer gärna tillbaka hit.

Pros:

The room was great and AC was the savior during the heat wave. The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming during our stay. The breakfast was good and worth the price. Very flexible check-in hours as we arrived late in the evening. Would recommend and would accomodate here again.

Gute Lage mit sehr freundlichen Personal.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nahe an ÖV und Restaurants. Régine ist sehr zuvorkommend und informiert per WhatsApp prompt.

Cons:

Frühstück bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas eintönig. Ungepflegter Garten/Aussenbereich
