Surprise birthday
Pros:

Friendly greeting so helpful. Lovely room (4) spotless and had everything we needed. Tea and coffee in room would have been nice but we were given that on arrival and there was a tea/coffee area downstairs with honesty box.

Cons:

Location a little out of the way but we have slight mobility issues. So quiet clean, peacefull. Near to tram stops.

Côte d'Azur - French Riviera is one best location to spend holiday!
Pros:

Very quiet small hotel(4 rooms). No noise from the street and traffic.
Regine was very patient receptionist and helpfull for any question or request e.g. breakfast time change, taxi etc.
We really enjoyed stay in NIce, Monaco, Cannes and whole coast of French riviera.

Cons:

Offer in breakfest table was very limited and all days the same choice.

Authentic French! Building had charm. The bedroom opened onto a sun lounge. Overlooked the garden.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Régine nous a transmis des informations très utiles via messagerie avant notre arrivée.
( photo de la place où se garer, raccourci pour accéder au promenade des anglais , restaurants... )
La chambre était très spacieuse. Il y avait une très belle véranda décorée avec goût. Grâce à une bonne literie et le calme qui régnait , nous avons très bien dormi. La salle de bain était très spacieuse et bien équipée (double vasques , 4 grands tiroirs large et profond, pose serviette) Ce détail est à noter car il est fréquent de ne pas savoir où poser nos affaires dans la plupart des hôtels Le petit déjeuner était de qualité et de quantité suffisante

Le café du petit déjeuner qui pourrait être meilleur avec l utilisation d'une cafetière à grain par exemple

Pros:

Kameralny hotel, dosłownie kilka pokoi, bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, blisko Promenady Anglików, w bardzo bliskiej odległości od Muzeum Beaux-Arts. Kameralnie i przyjemnie. Cisza i spokój.

RUIME KAMER EN DE RUSTIGE LIGGING HOTEL .Zeer vriendelijke, fijne en behulpzame host ( Regine)
Ontbijten kon in de kleine tuin,zeer rustig en voldoende voor een frans ontbijt!
Ander pluspunt: 10 min lopen naar de boulevard, ong 25 min naar oude centrum NIce
