Il letto duro e x un 4☆ci doveva essere un top nel materasso.
Il telefono e solo da vedere non funzionava tante che nel corridoio alle 11.30 c'erano dei ragazzi che giocano tranquillamente e x chiamare la portineria o dovuto chiamare con il mio telefono.
Strano perché eravamo nel piano della holding e il portiere tranquilla sentendo le corse nei corridoio e le urla lasciamo perdere

Confortevole e accogliente. Disponibilità del personale, gentile in ogni contesto. Abbiamo rappresentato un disagio nell’ ultima notte dovuto alla scostumatezza di alcuni ospiti (scolaresche) che hanno fatto baldoria fino alle 3 del mattino incuranti del disturbo che arrecavano. Alla reception non hanno fatto pagare l’upgrade per una camera più spaziosa richiesta all’arrivo, differente da quella prenotata che aveva un costo diverso. Manifestando la massima solidarietà per il disagio hanno avuto un comportamento professionale e siamo rimasti molto contenti.
