Extra beds are available for an extra charge and are subject to availability upon check-in.

The open air pool is open from 11:00am to 07:00pm. Opening days will vary as mentioned: during June, open on Saturday and Sunday; during July, August and September it will be open all from Monday to Sunday the rest of the months it will be closed for bathing.

Please note that from 13/10/2025 to 01/05/2026 we will be carrying out improvements in the rooms to offer you a better service. We will take all possible measures to minimize any inconvenience during this period.

Overall the hotel not what I expected from a four star property. Attention to detail was lacking from a number of the front desk, which was disappointing.

Cons:

Greetings from front desk I felt there was a lack of enthusiasm for non-Spanish speaking guests. Used tea cups were not replaced with new ones.

Pros:

Après avoir réservé et payé en même temps puisque ce sont les impératifs de l'hôtel, nous avons reçu un message nous informant que le spa était fermé pour travaux pendant un mois. Il eu était plus honnête de le signaler dans l'offre. Nous en avons fait part à la direction de l'hôtel qui a rejeté la responsabilité sur Booking prétextant que l'information figurait sur leur propre site. Bref, spa ou pas on s'en passe. Faute de spa, nous nous sommes rendu à la piscine où la baignade était interdite faute de maître nageur... Comme nous avions pris la demie pension (repas du soir), je me suis permis de demander si le cuisinier serait présent, on est jamais trop prudents... En fait, les seuls attractions de cet hôtel n'étaient pas disponibles et il est dommageable voir plus de ne pas l'avoir signalé au moment de la réservation.

Mooi ruim opgezet en we hadden een suite met balkon. Netjes maar wel sober maar voor de prijs uitstekend

Cons:

Dat het zwembad niet open is in mei en juni normaal. Nu de spa gesloten is hebben ze het zwembad 5 dagen open. Maar voor 10 uur in de ochtend en na 18 uur in de avond mag je ook niet zwemmen.

Cons:

In one of the hottest days they shut the pool because of no lifeguard without advance warning and the spa was shut as well. They should have allowed us to sign a disclaimer.
