The open air pool is open from 11:00am to 07:00pm. Opening days will vary as mentioned: during June, open on Saturday and Sunday; during July, August and September it will be open all from Monday to Sunday the rest of the months it will be closed for bathing.

Please note that from 13/10/2025 to 01/05/2026 we will be carrying out improvements in the rooms to offer you a better service. We will take all possible measures to minimize any inconvenience during this period.

Het was een goed hotel en we komen zeker terug!
Pros:

lekker ontbijt. Véél variatie, netjes gepresenteerd!
OPGELET : de kok die op maandag 26 en op dinsdag 27 oktober 2026 de roereieren heeft klaargemaakt : véél te papperig! De andere dagen waren ze lekkerder en droger zoals in andere hotels!
Personeel aan de balie was héél vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Supergoede douche in kamer 14! en groot bed!

Cons:

De MUZIEK in de eetruimte bij het ontbijt is verschrikkelijk om te horen (muziek van de jaren 50!). Elke dag gevraagd om die muziekkeuze te veranderen! Luister naar de feedback van de hotelgasten aub!
Geen WC-borstel (zijn we dan zelf gaan kopen)

Another short stay at this hotel which is clean, spacious and comfortable with a very helpful staff.

Great hotel in a good location and exceptional value for money
Pros:

This is a great hotel in a good location. Excellent value for money with modern, well equipped rooms. Beautiful grounds and excellently maintained gardens and pool area. The spa was a bonus!

The welcome from reception was first class, super friendly, efficient and a big smile - a great first impression!

Cons:

I have to say what REALLY let the hotel down was the restaurant/bar. We had the worst service I think I have ever experienced in a hotel. We were five people for lunch, it took more than two hours and three to four times of chasing to receive any food. The two staff on duty were dismisive, (borderline rude), unhelpful and unapologetic. A third member of staff who came on duty later saved the day and finally got us our food and an apology. They removed two items from the bill but in all honesty, they shouldn't have charged anything at all given the terrible experience. Staffing levels and customer service DEFINITELY need to be addressed because it really let the hotel down. There were only three occupied tables in the whole restaurant so there really was no excuse!

This experience aside, I have still given an overall score of 8 because the hotel itself deserves it.

Water pressure could be better
We didn't have tea and coffee facilities and found out a friend did. Asked reception at the end of our stay when we found the friend did and they said we should have had them

Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel la Laguna est idéal, en plus il y a un super parking pour se garer ce qui n’est pas le cas de tous les hôtels. La chambre est confortable. Le bâtiment surtout ses intérieurs ont une belle architecture.

Comment vous dire ?
Dans cet établissement le client n’est pas roi contrairement à la première devise que l’on apprend lorsque l’on étudie le métier de l’hôtellerie. Un soir nous sommes allés au bar manger quelques tapas et boire un verre. Au moment de partir je me rends au comptoir et je demande au serveur si je dois signer quelque chose afin qu’il puisse mettre ma consommation sur la note de ma chambre. Et la il me dit non c’est pas possible faut vous enregistrer auprès de la réception. Bon de ce fait je me rends à la réception qui est juste à côté et je leur fais savoir que j’ai consommé au bar et de bien vouloir m’enregistrer un compte de consommation. Et là la dame me dit que je dois lui fournir ma carte bancaire pour m’enregistrer. Mais elle était dans la chambre. Je repars donc au bar revoir le serveur et lui fais savoir que je reviendrai avec la carte bancaire le lendemain vu qu’il est tard. Il y avait pas mal de bruit c’était une soirée karaoké et il me répond « ok ok ». Je me rend donc dans ma chambre et là quelques minutes plus tard je reçois un appel de la réception m’ordonnant de me rendre au bar pour payer ma consommation, le ton est agressif, aucun respect envers le client, la réception gueule au téléphone, et là je lui réponds que je suis en pyjama que je n’irai sûrement pas au bar comme ça que je passerai régler demain matin. Non elle n’est pas d’accord et on finit par convenir de m’envoyer quelqu’un à la chambre pour récupérer le paiement moyennant des frais de déplacement et oui des frais de déplacement de 5€. Voilà et pour finir nous n’avons plus jamais consommer quoique ce soit à l’hôtel. Le personnel ne fait pas bien son travail car l’empreinte de la carte se fait à l’arrivée du par le service de la réception. Voilà donc pour conclure ce que cela a entraîné comme situation une minute de travail mal fait.

De service was volledig naar wens. Het personeel
was erg vriendelijk. De kamer was erg mooi met balkon en terras.

Cons:

Uiterst teleurstellend was echter dat het buitenzwembad
van maandag tot en met donderdag gesloten was, ondanks het zonnige weer.
Bovendien is de inrit naar de parkeerplaats van het hotel (aan de overkant van de straat)
voorzien van een uitzonderlijk hoge drempel/stoeprand, wat erg schadelijk is voor autobanden.

Great hotel and facilities
Pros:

A great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Our room on the ground floor had a private patio with sunbeds and was a decent size with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. Parking was in a secure area opposite the hotel and was free. We stayed in the hotel whilst seeing friends, so we didn't use many of the facilities, but the the pool and solarium were lovely and we enjoyed a few drinks in the outside bar area one evening. The breakfast was also tasty. We would certainly return when we next visit our friends.

Cons:

It's not a negative, but it was very helpful to have a car here
