It was raining the entire 3 days of our stay. We didn't get to do things we planned for our trip. Only so much we can plan for.
The room was a little dated. Not having an electric water kettle for having hot beverage in the room was a little troublesome specially when we weren't able to go out. Have to go down to the reception to fill our own travel flask with hot water.
There's only 1 electric outlet to charge electronics.
Breakfast was ok. Phillip at the restaurant was very attentive and friendly.

El hotel es fantástico y la junior suite en que nos alojamos es maravillosa, pero durante esta estancia hemos tenido un problema con el servicio de mantenimiento. La cisterna del baño no dejaba de soltar agua. Lo reportamos en recepción varias veces y cada vez que iban lo solucionaban , pero en cuanto volvias a pulsar , volvía a fallar. Con lo cual en un hotel de cuatro estrellas hemos tenido que usar un cubo de agua , cada vez que ibamos al baño, además de estar desperdiciando agua constantemente.

Nos gustó muchísimo el hotel. El personal tiene una calidad humana excepcional. Desde el primer día nos sentimos como en casa y recibimos muchas recomiendaciones locales por parte de los anfitriones.

Las habitaciones del hotel eran muy amplias y luminosas.

Excellemment accueil, le personnel fait tout son possible pour nous mette à l'air. Le restaurant est aussi excellent

Perfecto y precioso hotel en un entorno precioso, con el personal que tratamos encantadores y muy atentos.
Le falta una plaza de aparcamiento reservada para el carga y descarga de las maletas si no te quieres gastar 18€/día en el parking de este. Quitando ese pero, todo muy bien y muy bonito. No encantaría volver en invierno y poder encender la estufa con esas vistas.

The staff - I understand it is owned by a family - so the son who was at the reception to check us in and also served dinner and breakfast in the morning - absolutely outstanding service. The area is beautiful. Quiet. The room was nice but the A/C didn't work very well and the toilet was broken (was making noise throughout our stay). Also I was under the impression that there was a pool but it turns out it's part of the spa and is at extra fee!

Excelente trato, amable y pendientes. Aún teniendo el restaurante cerrado nos ofrecieron embutidos, quesos de la zona entre otros para cenar.
El hotel excelente, cálido, limpio con muy buen gusto.
El desayuno de 10!

La vallée et le village sont magnifiques. Le personnel de l'hotel est adorable avec beaucoup de conseils sur les visites et activités à faire sur la région.
Le SPA est absolument à faire avec une ambiance plutôt intimiste car limité à 6 personnes maximum. Seul petit bémol, le prix du parking non compris dans la chambre à 18euros/nuit. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un super séjour

Lovely stay in beautiful surroundings- great hotel and friendly staff. Good few restaurants and bars within walking distance even out of season.

A nice, small hotel in a small village 800m off main road. Very quiet when we visited (we were the only guests) Limited breakfast choices, but dinner was excellent. Aircon in room not working.
This is a family run hotel and this makes such a difference to your experience. Top marks for their attention and friendliness.

Excelente Hotel para recorridos por la zona y después poder descansar con tranquilidad.
Spa pequeño pero muy acogedor.
Personal muy atento dando recomendaciones muy interesantes a la hora de escoger recorridos y restaurantes por la zona.

Acogedor hotel de montaña con un restaurante que merece la pena probar. Es uno de sus puntos fuertes. El spa no lo probamos. Trató muy cordial y agradable. Lo recomiendo.

An absolutely charming little hotel with great views, very competent and hospitable staff and excellent food!

Gr8 location- front desk staff was accmidatting- parking challenged- weak AC... Management was to proud as overpriced for comfort
