Super Hotel mit Flair an Toplage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Abends eher laut, da sehr zentral und über Restaurants. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Frühstück sehr gut, alles was das Herz begehrt. Pool und Liegen auf der Terrasse im 1. Stock. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Nichts. Falls man lärmempfindlich ist, eher Uommer gegen Innenhof wünschen.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, las instalaciones muy cómodas, y por sobretodo la atención del personal, en especial la recepción.

Cons:

El lugar para desayunar no era muy grande, y por lo tanto habia que ir en un horario que había que fijar en la noche anterior para no esperar. De todas formas el desayuno y la atención fueron Excelentes!!

Estadia excelente em ambiente histórico.
Pros:

O Hotel é histórico e as fotos no mural conta a história de uma família em um prédio antigo. As saletas para a conversa e o vinho no final do dia são aconchegantes e confortantes. O restaurante serve pratos muito gostosos feitas a nossa vista, inclusive trocando ingredientes para os intolerantes. A proximidade do metro e trem que parte para Sintra foi estratégico para a nossa viagem. As camas são confortáveis, há muito espaço nos guarda-roupas e o banheiro é grande e iluminado. Nosso checkin foi antecipado e isto sempre é atitude muito simpática dos funcionários.

Cons:

Não gostei do carpete. Nunca gosto de carpete em hotéis mesmo quando fazem parte da caracterização de época. Penso que um piso de madeira também faria uma boa composição.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints ! :))
Pros:

Very Good central location
Comfortable big , clean room, comfortable bed, pillows and linen.

Cons:

A bit noisy from the busy street. But the windows insulated a lot of the noise .

The hotel was located in the center of events and activity. Hotel lobby and room was very clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Cazia had a boxed breakfast prepared for our early departure to airport. We have never had the extra services provided during our stay from the hotel staff and especially from Cazia at the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing that wasn't liked.

Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è 10/10, super centrale e a pochi passi da piazza del commercio. Struttura facilmente raggiungibile con la metro dall’aeroporto. Staff gentilissimo e colazione super abbondante. Consiglierei altre mille volte questa struttura.

Very spacious room on 6th floor, clean

Cons:

Noise from the theatre next door at night/early morn, occasionally had to wait for staff to let you into hotel if got back to hotel in the early hours
