Just returned from our first trip to Lisbon and we stayed at the beautiful Hotel Florescente. We had such a lovely stay! Our room was stunning and always kept spotlessly clean, and the staff were so warm, welcoming and kind. The pool was also lovely after a wonderful time exploring!
Sadly, on our last day after checking out, our flight home was cancelled. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and went above and beyond to support us, which really made a difficult situation much easier.
I would highly recommend Hotel Florescente to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and central place to stay in Lisbon. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return!
Everything, it is one of my favorite places to stay! the restaurant serves excellent food and you get a discount as guest, free welcome dinks, very clean and nicely decorated, good beds, good breakfast, perfect location in the citycentre close by the metro, a small Pool to relax..... so we will definitly come back again; obrigada e ate proxima!

The location is amazing, the team are lovely, breakfast is good and the rooms are well appointed.
The bathroom/toilet downstairs that services the dining room was very dark and smelled a little more than I'd expect

O Wi-Fi não estava pegando bem no nosso quarto, mas na área do hotel era excelente, não afetou muito porque ficamos uma noite.

The location was perfect.
As a solo, female traveller I felt very safe getting to the hotel and everything was in walking distance. The hotel was immaculate and the room was so comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and reception 24hrs.
The pool area wasn’t anything special but I was there to see the sights so it didn’t matter. Taxis can’t pull up outside but the taxi rank is just 1 minute walk away. So no complaints at all, it was perfect.
