Atendimento e instalações impecáveis.

A little gem with everything you need
Pros:

After an initial hiccup with our room allocation, I could not fault the level of service and the facilities offered. The proximity to cafes and restaurants, the train station and the city centre was excellent. The staff especially Cattia were friendly and provided excellent service. Hotel had a pool and roof top bar.

Great location and great breakfast. All staffs in the breakfast room are very friendly and attentive. Every one of them. Coffee is great and hot enough.

Sehr schönes Stadthotel , würden das Hotel wieder buchen .
Pros:

Schönes renoviertes Hotel mit sehr zentraler Lage. Die Deluxe Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage , sind die Zimmer zur Fussgöngerzone etwas lauter.
Frühstücksraum sehr klein , Frühstückszeiten müssen im Voraus abgestimmt werden .

Pros:

Het is een prima hotel, goed gelegen met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt was OK enkel de koffie viel niet mee. De koffie op de kamer is prima!

We had a big room . No noise at all from outside . Right by all the restaurants on the streets nearby .

Abbiamo potuto pranzare anche fuori orario con la possibilità di una bibita di benvenuto.
Nella camera pulita e spaziosa, abbiamo anche trovato un presente per il nostro anniversario.
Vi ringraziamo di cuore !
Colazione ricca ed abbondante, posizione centrale.
Il giorno della partenza, visto che il nostro volo era stato rimandato, abbiamo potuto fare un cambio camera con l'addebito di un contributo.

Nice very central hotel for stay in Lisbon.
Pros:

The staff at the welcome desk and at breakfast were super kind, friendly and helpful. The location is very central to many of the sights in the core of Lisbon. Although it’s right in the central area, our room was very quiet. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room was a bit dated and snug. The hotel is in the midst of renovation and we were in a room that wasn’t yet renovated. I’m sure the renovated rooms are quite nice. The public areas were comfortable and updated.
