Hotel mit Toplage und Charme
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels überzeugt, da mitten in der Stadt in der Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer lag zum Innenhof und es war dadurch sehr ruhig. Es war alles sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super. Man konnte zusehen, wie alles zubereitet und angerichtet wurde. Es gab zum normalen gewöhnlichen Frühstück auch portugiesische Spezialitäten (z. B. Schinken oder Pastei da Nata). Auch das Restaurant (Abendbrot) kann man sehr empfehlen und zudem erhält man als Hotelgast Prozente auf das Essen.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer sowie der unebene Boden im Zimmer könnten erneuert werden.

Séjour parfait. Je descendrai à nouveau dans cet hôtel si je reviens à Lisbonne.
Pros:

Le réceptionniste à l’arrivée très sympathique et serviable qui a répondu à toutes nos questions.
La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse et très propre.

Da simpatia do Sr. Nuno, da localização e das instalações. O colchão era 5 estrelas.

Cons:

Apesar de não estar ligado aparentemente ao hotel diretamente às 7h da manhã uma carrinha começou a descarregar mercadorias fazendo bastante ruído. Foi impossível voltar a descansar depois. No pequeno almoço era mais fácil cada um servir o seu café ou chá.

Siamo arrivati in auto e purtroppo le info sul parcheggio vicino non erano state chiare e ci siamo ritrovati senza parcheggio
Ci hanno assegnato una camera al 2' piano, non degna del prezzo pagato e la prima notte l'abbiamo trascorsa in qualche modo.. Ho scritto una mail di lamentela e il mattino seguente ci hanno cambiato camera
La stanza al 4' piano, completamente ristrutturata, all'altezza del prezzo pagato e con tutti i comfort
Suggerisco di ristrutturare l'albergo in tutte le sue parti e di non affittare le camere come la nostra, dove non si chiudevano neanche le finestre e la vasca con la tenda per la doccia che nel 2026 non si può vedere
La. Colazione veramente ottima e la posizione strategica
Ringrazio comunque lo staff per aver compreso e condiviso il nostro problema
