Nie wieder!
Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, in dem sich schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke befand. Für uns ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Zusätzlich war der Toilettensitz so locker, dass man bei der Benutzung aufpassen musste, nicht abzurutschen.
Auch die Abflüsse funktionierten nicht richtig: Beim Duschen lief das Wasser kaum bzw. gar nicht ab, sodass man rechtzeitig aufhören musste zu duschen, damit das Wasser nicht überläuft. Auch im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab.
Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings war der Kaffeeautomat leider sehr unhygienisch. Beim Teewasser kamen sogar sichtbare Verschmutzungen mit heraus. Auch die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück empfanden wir eher wie in einer Kantine. Sehr laut, ungemütlich und wenig einladend.
Wir haben die Mängel direkt über Booking.com gemeldet. Daraufhin wurde uns zunächst angeboten, zur Klärung an die Rezeption zu kommen. Da wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt unterwegs waren, haben wir diese Nachricht erst später gesehen. Noch bevor wir reagieren konnten, erhielten wir bereits eine weitere Nachricht mit der Aufforderung bzw. dem Angebot, am nächsten Morgen um 11 Uhr auszuchecken, da uns keine Alternative angeboten werden könne.
Wir haben das Hotel daraufhin verlassen. Besonders enttäuschend ist für uns jedoch die anschließende Abwicklung: Das Hotel hatte zunächst angeboten, dass wir lediglich eine Nacht bezahlen müssen. Da wir die Erstattung und Klärung jedoch über Booking.com abwickeln wollten, endete die Angelegenheit damit, dass wir nun plötzlich zwei Nächte bezahlen sollen und mit über 200 € belastet werden.
Das können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Ein Zimmer mit schwarzem Schimmel sowie nicht funktionierenden Abflüssen stellt für uns einen erheblichen Mangel dar und ist nicht akzeptabel.
Wir sind daher sowohl vom Hotel als auch von der Unterstützung durch Booking.com sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel würden wir unter diesen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen.
