L’accueil du personnel et le petit déjeuner
Chambre trop chère par rapport à la qualité (mobilier abîmé et désuet, cabinet de toilette rudimentaire, pas de douche qui ferme hermétiquement, simple rideau sur bac à douche, lavabo en angle laissant peu de place pour mettre ses affaires et affreux.

Nice spread at breakfast and served until 10.30 which is always good when on holiday.

The highest praise is for Strasbourg though; one of the prettiest places I've ever been, a true European gem.

Zimmer recht klein und in unserem Fall im Souterrain recht kühl. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück sehr gute Qualität und Vielfalt. Schön auch, dass man die Kaffeemaschine auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten benutzen konnte.

We lived in the apartment. It was brand new and cosy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Location - perfect.
One needs to take into account that there's no lift in the apartment part of the hotel. Not a problem for us though.
It was modern and very convenient. The breakfast was really good, featuring fresh and local products.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para explorar el centro de la ciudad y las principales atracciones turísticas. Una oferta rica de cafés, restaurantes y bares alrededor. El desayuno tipo buffet es muy completo y el personal es extremadamente amable, hacen sentir bien a los huéspedes y están dispuestos a ayudar en lo que se necesite.
L'appartement était très spacieux, la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel était très acceuillant, souriant et à l'écoute.
Pas de parking gratuit à proximité. Peu être un peu bruyant parfois.

El personal muy amable en todo momento. Se puede hacer uso de la sala de desayunos para tomar un café o tu propia comida.
Aunque informan en la página web es una pena que no disponga de ascensor en la parte de apartamentos, pues la parte del hotel sí tiene.

Nous avions une chambre située au RDC extrêmement mal isolée. Nous avons très mal dormi. Nous entendions tous les passages des personnes ainsi que leurs discussions.
Pas de cabine de douche à proprement parler, juste un pommeau comme dans une chambre d'hôpital...
2e annee que je viens dans cet hôtel, pour mon anniv. Accueil chaleureux, chambre confortable, petit-déjeuner de compète!
Très bien placé pour flâner, pour visiter, pour du shopping.
Juste la douche très exiguë même pour moi qui suis menue, pas évident de se glisser entre le mur et la porte vitrée pour la refermer.

We had the apartment it was fabulous. Plenty of room with all facilities you could want❣️Breakfast was great. And they provided cake and coffee anytime through the afternoon❣️would highly recommend if you are going to Strasbourg❣️

Stayed in 3 hotels this week, hotel de L'ill had the most comfortable bed by far.
Lots of choice for continental breakfast and bread and pastries were especially good.
It was all good.
