Wir hatten vorher das Management angefragt, ob die Zimmer ab 14 Uhr schon fertig sein könnten, was uns sogar mit 13 Uhr schriftlich bestätigt wurde. Leider ras das Personal nicht informiert worden, und die Zimmer konnten erst um 15 Uhr bezogen werden. Das lag nicht an Personal, sondern an eine offensichtliche fehlende Kommunikation seitens des Managements. Schade!

Very pleased with the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Strasbourg. Ideal for a weekend break
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Good selection of cooked and continental. Location ideal for visiting the cathedral and Petite France. Complementary drinks and snacks from 1.00pm - 10.00pm was an added bonus.

Cons:

The air conditioning was noisy and we were unable to have the window open because of the proximity of the walk way for other guests.

comme d'habitude cet hotel est parfait pour acceder au centre ville et flaner sur les quais de l'ill

Nettes Hotel für eine Städtetrip

Top Lage. Alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer sehr sauber und für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Frühstück sehr gut.

Pour une nuit en visite dans cette ville, c'est parfait.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, en 5 minutes au centre à pied.
Le petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux et frais avec un énorme choix.
La possibilité de prendre un café/thé tout au long de la journée.

Cons:

Le style de chambre "boîte de conserve" taillée au minimum possible, c'est la plus petite chambre que j'ai eu de ma vie.
L'insonorisation d'une simple paroi en bois.
Vraiment très peu d'endroit pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.
Le prix élevé par rapport au tarif habituel pour cette très petite chambre...
