Θα έλεγα μόνο η τοποθεσία.

Cons:

Το κτήριο είναι προς κατασκευή και είναι από παντού ανοιχτό.ειχε πάρα πολυ σκόνη το δωμάτιο και η κουβέρτα που είχε σε ενα συρτάρι ήταν σίγουρα του 1990. Το μπαλκόνι που είχε δεν ήταν να πατήσεις εξω και είχε ενα τασάκι που είχε 30 τσιγάρα μέσα. Γενικά κακή εμπειρία και πάρα πολυ φασαρία. Και δεν είναι κακό να βάλουν και 2 ζευγάρια παντόφλες μπάνιου δεν είναι τρομερό το κόστος.

Residence Al Granzo: ottima posizione ma poca attenzione ai particolari!
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione centrale, vicino alla piazza Unità d'Italia ed al Museo Revoltella oltre che a locali dove poter mangiare e bere qualcosa, anche di sera! E poi, il fatto che l' appartamento fosse ristrutturato con un bel bagno, con doccia spaziosa.

Cons:

Il residence si trova molto vicino a locali notturni che mettono musica fino a tardi alla sera, con persone che continuano ad urlare e disturbare fino alla mattina inoltrata. Inoltre, il residence si trova in un palazzo d'epoca in fase di ristrutturazione, senza ascensore e senza balcone , se non uno ad ogni piano sul cortile interno.Nell' appartamento mancavano posate, paletta, spugne per pulire i piatti ( poi prontamente portate)e la padella e gli utensili da cucina messi a disposizione erano molto usurati ed addirittura deformati dal calore. Tazze per la colazione inesistenti! Mi dispiace ma se l'appartamento ha la cucina, questa deve poter essere utilizzata dal cliente con tutto il necessario.

La posizione è eccellente, praticamente in centro. Asciugamani e arredo letti, puliti.

Cons:

Forse sono capitato male. La location affittata per una notte, bilocale con bagno, per tre persone era praticamente da ristrutturare. Mobili datati e mal tenuti. Bagno in condizioni discutibili. Lavandino datato, con bordo scrostato. Box doccia con pezzi mancanti, colonna doccia con bocchette consumate dalla ruggine, presenza di muffa ai bordi del piatto doccia e in altre parti. Prodotti per il bagno inesistenti e non sufficienti per i tre ospiti. In camera apprezzata la presenza di un frigo, fosse stato preventivamente accesso a pulito. Televisore, bene, ottimo se avesse avuto un telecomando funzionante. Pulizia generale da rivedere. Per una notte, accettabile. Avessi prenotato per qualche giorno in più avrei avuto da discutere. Aver speso circa 50€ a testa per una notte, mi sembrano troppi per le condizioni della location.

цена как в близлежащем 4зв.отеле с завтраком
