sommige mensen zouden gelijk negatieve reacties geven mijn kamer was niet klaar, bed was niet opgemaakt. Maar kreeg gelijk een betere grote kamer aangeboden dus prima opgelost. goede opgeknapte kamers bed en badkamers.

The staff we found to be excellent and they each covered our needs/requests with a great deal of helpful and friendly efficiency. The only observation we will mention is the quality/size of the bedding which we found much too small for a restless sleeper and, the pillows had no comfort at all.
Other than this criticism we enjoyed our stay in the Axzent Hotel as much this time as on our last trip to Kleve and look forward to next year.

Cons:

Bedding and pillows. Bacon, egg and sausage could have been a little hotter for 9am eaters otherwise everything else was good

Nettes Hotel, aussen unscheinbar, innen überraschend gemütlich.
Pros:

Wir brauchten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht wegen Umzug. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, das Zimmer war recht gross und ruhig und vor allem nicht so steril. Die Ausstattung: bequeme Betten, Fernseher, WLAN, Steckdosen, separater Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, Schrank gross genug für Koffer, grosse Fensterfront mit Fenster zum Öffnen, warmer Heizkörper, Bad neu und durchdacht funktional, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend. Schön war der Parkplatz für 5.-€. Für Kurzaufenthalte absolut zu empfehlen.
