Pros:

Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, inoltre la struttura era veramente pulita e ordinata.

Cons:

Il buffet della colazione che spesso non aveva succo, croissant o acqua a disposizione. Detto ciò però quando si faceva notare allo staff, loro in maniera tempestiva risolvevano in pochi minuti.

It was an amazing experience and we will certainly visit again.

The welcoming staff, it’s beautiful location and the size of the rooms

Cons:

That since I booked with booking.com I had to pay for the parking and that it had no lift for the rooms

La posizione e la disponibilità del personale. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno

Cons:

La colazione aveva qualche cibi di qualità migliorabile, tipo yogurt e i succhi di frutta , con spremuta d'arancia disponibile solamente a pagamento.

This must be the loveliest hotel in Piemonte. We had the warmest welcome and were taken care of extremely well. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beyond charming- an absolute gem (best location too!) and a must-stay when in Stresa! We will definitely be back!

Séjour paisible et confortable .
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel, tout le personnel était attentif au confort des clients. De bons conseils pour les activités de la région. Dans cet hôtel règne une douce ambiance chaleureuse.

Nettes Personal, gute Lage, sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden (leider gegen extra Gebühr).
Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Badeinrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden. Bsp. WC Brille tauschen, ggf Duschkabine erneuern... . Alles etwas in d Jahre gekommen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel mit Stil.
Pros:

Die Lage - man ist schnell in der Altstadt. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wundervoller Garten mit tollen Pflanzen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig üppiger sein.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre verdoyant et fleuri.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner varié avec excellents croissants et tartes maison, gentillesse du personnel, joli parc, tranquillité malgré la proximité du train, proche du centre ville.

Cons:

Chambre dans le bâtiment principal qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation.
