Pros:

Petit déjeuner irréprochable, très varié, copieux.
Réception attentive, très aimable. Situation idéale pour aller en ville et vers l'embarcadère.

Cons:

Une bouilloire dans la chambre pour infusion ou thé aurait été parfaite. Il manque 2 ou 3 patères dans la sdb .

Pros:

Tout. L'hôtel est superbe, dans un écrin de nature magnifique, d'un romantisme absolu, à 7mns à pied des embarquaderes pour les îles Borromées, le personnel est au top, tellement gentil et plein de bons conseils, petit déjeuner nikel, Nous reviendrons.

Perfecte ligging voor een bezoek aan Stresa en de eilanden en gedreven personeel!

Excellente ligging op Stresa en de rokenden te bezoeken.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Ontbijt was goed maar kon beter: we misten wat warme eitjes .

Struttura molto bella in un posto incantevole
Pros:

Posizione ottima rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria,al centro al lungolago e all’imbarcadero per le isole . Antica villa molto accogliente con bellissimi ambienti.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza assegnata non era nel corpo centrale della villa, mi sarei aspettata di meglio, ma soprattutto il bagno ha dei sanitari piccoli piuttosto scomodi. Il personale si è adoperato per trovare una soluzione migliore ma purtroppo non c’è stata possibilità di un upgrading.
