Home away from home with old world charm and beauty
Pros:

We loved the staff, the old world charm of the hotel and the proximity to the lake without all the busy tourist activity. It was slightly set back and quiet. The breakfast was such a treat with lots of variety for us - fruit, yogurt, pastry, eggs, muesli etc. and coffees. Thank you to Lucia, Simona and Carlo for treating us so well and helping us make the most of our 2 nights in Stresa. We also appreciated the help arranging direct transit to Malpensa. The whole vacation was a success and it has so much to do with how well we were treated.

All was terrific!

Chambre magnifique et emplacement idéal
Pros:

Tout était parfait! La chambre spacieuse et avec une vue incroyable, la salle de bain avec une douche italienne, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Les confitures n’étaient faites maison et manquait une bonne baguette

Pros:

Hosts were the friendliest In Italy we'd met. Room was great. Bed was huge. Room was so clean. Air con was a life saver during the heat wave. Easy walk to town centre. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We didn't stay longer !!

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious with an amazing view to the lake and the bed was comfortable. Locations was great, only a couple of minutes walk from many restaurants and the lake.

L’accueil chaleureux et l’emplacement, proche de tout, mais juste assez en retrait pour être tranquille

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la chaleur était écrasante. L’un des volets de la chambre ne se fermait pas, il y avait donc beaucoup trop de lumière le matin.

We enjoyed staying at Hotel du Parc enormously. Thanks to everyone who contributed to our enjoyment!
Pros:

Our rooms were comfortable and attractive, and kept scrupulously clean. Breakfast was copious with plenty of choice. What we enjoyed most were the beautiful grounds, with elegant tables and chairs, which meant we could find shady or sunny spots to sit at any time. The staff were helpful and charming, and coped with my terrible Italian!The location was brilliant, only 10 minutes or so to the lakeside, and places to eat and drink even nearer. Beautiful places to visit on bus or boat. We had a perfect week here.

Cons:

My friend didn’t have a fridge in her room, whereas I did, which was disappointing for her , but the staff provided cold drinks whenever she asked.

Das Hotel ist in einem schönen Park gelegen. Vom dritten Stockwerk hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht über Sresa und den Lago Maggiore. Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse befinden sich auf dem zweiten Stockwerk.
Gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände des Hotels. Zu Fuss sinds 10 Minuten zum Zentrum von Sresa.

Cons:

Leider kein Swimming Pool.
