Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, ruhig und doch zentral. Die Grünanlage und der Pool sehr gepflegt und sauber, ausreichend Liegen vorhanden und auch Badetücher. Das Frühstück war reichlich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Sehr angenehm haben wir empfunden, dass man mittags eine Kleinigkeit essen kann. Die E-Bikes konnten wir in einer absperrbaren Garage unterbringen und laden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Ausflügen rund um den Iseosee
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool und Bar/Bistrobereich. Ich war jetzt schon das zweite Mal da und es hat wieder alles gepasst. Hoteleigener Parkplatzbereich in der Tiefgarage ist auch super. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für Lärmempfindliche: Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße. Wenn das Zimmer Richtung dieser liegt, ist es bei geöffneter Fenster ziemlich laut. Fenster sind aber super schallisoliert und die Klimanlage läuft leise. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich könnte größer sein. Sonst gibts nix.

Tolles Hotel am See, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Iseosee zu erkunden.
Pros:

Große kostenlose Tiefgarage, Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer mit Garten gebracht, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Gassi mit Hund in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich, sehr schöner Pool mit Seeblick

Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage direkt am See und zu den Lokalen. Ferner die unentgeltliche Tiefgarage; der großzügige Pool und der gepflegte Garten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Balkon. Sehr schöner Seeblick und nachts mit geschlossenem Fenster und gut funktionierender Klimaanlage sehr ruhig!das Frühstück ist absolut zufriedenstellend und vielseitig. Der Frühstücksraum allerdings sehr reduziert und wenig ansprechend. Das Personal sehr freundlich ; der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Es fehlen Sitzgelegenheiten außerhalb des Pools. Die vier Tische an der Bar sind.unruhig und meiner Meinung nach nicht ausreichend.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war für Italienische Verhältnisse super und man konnte vom Frühstücksraum über den Garten den See sehen.Unser Zimmer im EG hatte eine Terrasse mit Stühlen ,Tisch und Sonnenliegen was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es war ein abgeschlossenes Gelände und hatte eine Tiefgarage was wir sehr gut fanden.
Personal und Unterkunft waren Top.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts negatives.

Pros:

Außer das Frühstück und Parkplatz nichts haben am nächsten Tag wieder aus gecheckt. Ein Zimmer dunkle Tapeten Möbel Böden ein Minifenster und wir haben einen kleinen Hund , der darf nicht raus in die Anlage ,das Hotel ist direkt an einer Verkehrs Hauptstraße unsäglich laut unser Zimmer war direkt an der Rezeption und Hausbar , wo sich einige englische Touristen sehr amüsierten lauthals. Auch das Angebot ein Zimmer zu wechseln war für uns unmöglich. Für 4 Sterne egal ob Standard oder Suite, alles muss den Sternen angepasst sein. Kann nur sagen nie wieder

Great hotel with great facilities if you want to explore Lake Iseo.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the rooms modern and well kept. The pool is large and has a great sun deck for a hotel in this location. The main thing was that the staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel could give a poor first impression.
