Pros:

Great service. Got a room upgrade. Possibility to later check out. Entrance at the top. Floors going down instead of up. Makes one curious.

Cons:

Nothing. Would have liked to look at the back because it looks like the hotel has been built into a mountain.

Pros:

Everything worked really well during our stay. The staff were friendly and highly efficient. Just as an example, the check-out process was the simplest check-out I've ever experienced. We just left the key card and that was it. Done. No fuss, no waiting around. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
