Pros:

In riferimento alla prenotazione in oggetto presso l'Hotelmia Numana mi e'
accaduto che l'hotel, imputando ogni responsabilità ad Expedia, mi ha
comunicato solo il giorno 1 giugno verso le ore 12. che la mia prenotazione
non poteva essere soddisfatta poiché a loro dire Expedia non avrebbe
comunicato tempestivamente la prenotazione, per una doppia dal 2 al 4
giugno, nonostante la vostra intervenuta conferma in oggetto citata. Sono
stato, quindi forzatamente, dirottato su un alloggio in bungalow presso il
Camping Riviera di Numana il cui costo, di alloggio, giornaliero era di
gran lunga inferiore alla corrispettivo della stanza da me prenotata presso
il miahotel. 110 euro a notte anzicche' i già pagati euro 135 a notte. Ho
chiesto,ma non ottenuto, il rimborso del minor valore dell'alloggio fruito
rispetto a quello da me prenotato e saldato. La direzione del Miahotel ha
rifiutato il rimborso sostenendo che la somma ottenuta da loro a rimborso
da parte di Expedia era pari ad Euro 220 per due notti e che la restante
somma da me versata per Euro 50era costituita da Vostre commissioni semmai
rimborsabili esclusivamente da Expedia. Chiedo di ottenere un giusto
ristoro per l'incresciosa vicenda che mi ha rovinato i giorni di vacanza.
