Je commence par le début , l’hôtel semble abandonné, l’extérieur est carrément sale , l’intérieur semble vraiment vieux, parlons de la chambre, pas de serviette pour le sol après la douche , pas de papier toilette, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas, la lumière du jour te réveille le matin , la prise pour appareil est super loin du lit . Parlons de la réceptionniste qui semble plus occupée à zapper son téléphone qu’à regarder le client, aucun sourire accueillant (en tout cas avec moi) pas de dîner le soir obligé de sortir . J’ai passer deux jours et je ne voyais pas l’heure pour me casser vraiment déçu, ça semble plus un motel de bas quartier qu’un hôtel ,plus jamais !

Pessimo hotel sconsigliatissimo
Pros:

Non abbiamo soggiornato in quanto le camere erano in condizioni pessime: i condizionatori erano guasti, perdevano acqua allargando il pavimento. Abbiamo visionato più stanze con lo staff ed erano tutte nella stessa condizione con ventilatori per sopperire ai condizionatori guanti. In accordo con la signora della reception abbiamo deciso di non usufruire del soggiorno e di essere rimborsati. Ad oggi nonostante ripetuti contatti con il signor Walter resppnsabile della reception non abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso . Dovevamo soggiornare il 5 luglio in camera da 4 persone e il 6 e 6 luglio in camera da 2 persone.

Staff accogliente. Thema carino. Location buona per Rimini.

Cons:

Pulizia non era il top, formiche e lavandino ma specialmente della terrazza. Costo aggiunto per avere un cane.

Pessima esperienza, un furto a turisti e visitatori
Cons:

•Stanza vecchia e sporca che NON VIENE PULITA né prima ne durante il soggiorno (sabbia in terra, asciugmani sporchi degli ospiti precedenti nell'armadio) in una struttura che dovrebbe essere un albergo a 3 stelle e non un affitta camera
• wifi non disponibile ( ma presente in descrizione)
• una sola presa in tutta la stanza.
• indolenza incomprensibile dell'oste alla più banali richieste (come ad esempio chiedere con cortesia se può essere pulita la camera visto che è un Hotel oppure se disponibile una multipresa per caricare i device visto l'unica presa in camera [è stato risposto "boh, non credo sia possibile"]..)
• richiesto check in anticipato, concordato circa 40 giorni prima dell'arrivo qui su booking, ovviamente al mio arrivo la camera non era pronta all'orario indicato e ho dovuto aspettare 3 ore (cosa che ho fatto presente al personale che però era totalmente ignaro).
•camere e ambienti buii con pochissima luce sia di giorno che di notte
• foto delle descrizioni fuorvianti: il rooftop, le camere, la hall, sono foto di almeno 10 anni fa adesso è tutto diroccato (sopratutto rooftop)
• safebox/cassaforte non funzionante, ho richiesto un intervento alla reception ma non ho avuto nessun riscontro in 7 giorni
•frigorifero di camera non funzionante
• buon flusso di acqua della doccia

MALSANO! MUFFA OVUNQUE dal bagno, alla camera e nella doccia. PULIZIA INESISTENTE lenzuola sporche, asciugamani sporchi, pavimenti sporchi, tendaggi sporchi, sanitari sporchi. Tendaggi oscuranti rotti, doccia rotta (l'allagamento dell'intero bagno è stato certo ad ogni singola doccia) e lavandino rotto (un simpatico cestino dell'immondizia raccoglieva l'acqua del sifone).
Errore nostro nel non aver letto attentamente le ultime recensioni. Persino l'insegna dell'hotel e il meccanismo di apertura porte sono rotte e tenute insieme da nastro adesivo. 3 stelle non rappresentano la realtà. è stato richiesto check out anticipato dalla struttura rispetto a quanto indicato su booking, per necessità della camera a noi assegnata. Nessun problema, diverse famiglie sono scappate, come noi, appena possibile.
