L'ACCOGLIENZA IN CENTRO
Pros:

La posizione, in pieno centro,comodissimo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e a numerosi locali

Cons:

Struttura un po datata,andrebbe ringiovanita un po.
Qualche problema per il parcheggio ma il personale si e' prodigato per aiutarci

Die zentrale Lage und die nächtliche Ruhe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dringend renovierungsbedürftig und das ramponierte Mobiliar entspricht - da neueren Datums - nicht dem antiquarischen Ambiente, das ansonsten im Haus gepflegt wird. Die veraltete Ausstattung des Badezimmers entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf der Webseite - siehe Photos anbei. In der Dusche war zudem der Wasserdruck äußerst gering, was mit dem schlecht ablaufenden Duschabwasser korrespondierte. Im Waschbecken fehlte der Abflußeinsatz, so daß versehentlich in das Becken gefallene, kleine Gegenstände darin verschwinden können. Der Zimmerservice fand am Vortag des Abreisetages nicht mehr statt! Das Frühstück nimmt man im Restaurant daneben ein - dazu sollte man nach unserer Erfahrung früh genug erscheinen, damit man noch eine ausreichende Speisenauswahl vorfindet.

A lovely little hotel with beautiful staff. A lovely breakfast area
Pros:

Really great location. Lovely staff and nice breakfast. Room was cleaned every day but there were some ‘bugs’ (running across shower area).

Personale molto cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Posizione ottima, proprio al centro di Foligno. Ambienti super puliti. Che dire? Bellissimo soggiorno. Da consigliare.

Location con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Pros:

La posizione vicinissima al centro, con parcheggio in zona, le stanze comode e adeguatamente condizionate. Estrema cordialità e disponibilità del personale alla reception che si è prodigato anche per il posto auto. Grande disponibilità anche degli operatori della sala colazione

Cons:

Lo scarico del water era lento sia nello scarico che nel ricarico acqua . La colazione andrebbe arricchita con più varietà e soprattutto del salato.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Stanza molto carina, accogliente. Visto il prezzo di 120 euro in tre compresi di tassa di soggiorno direi che lo consiglio se uno non ha troppe esigenze.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia. Ragnatele, bagni apparentemente puliti ma in realtà le fughe della doccia avrebbero bisogno di una pulita più profonda. Le bocchette del condizionatore piene di lanugine e per noi che siamo allergici è un disagio enorme. In più tenuto acceso tutta la notte non ha ghiacciato l'ambiente assolutamente tanto che aprendo le finestre è stato per assurdo più fresco.
