Wij hebben het prima gehad maar Zwitserland blijft erg duur!

Uitgebreid ontbijt en heerlijk vers brood wat je zelf kon scheiden.

Cons:

De dekbedden waren erg synthetisch en het meubilair is toe aan vervanging.

Great location and the staff are helpful, just a shame there isn’t enough of them so they are rushed off their feet and unable to do their jobs effectively

Cons:

The food was dreadful! Do not do half board.

Bar is often unstaffed again due to lack of staff it seems

Fantastic value for money
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Best in Wengen. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were very impressive for a 3 star hotel. I have made some negative comments below but I do want to state that the hotel is excellent value for money.

Cons:

Sauna - nude only. Like many people I imagine, I just don’t want this. I appreciate it’s a cultural difference but it just isn’t very inclusive. At least no one tried to justify it on hygiene grounds (total nonsense, no evidence for this at all).

Breakfast - not terrible but limited. No nuts, seeds, little choice for gluten, lactose intolerant. Poor scrambled eggs.

Very nice stay in beautiful environment
Pros:

Asked for twin bed, but the shelfs on the wall made it hard to change from double to twin.

Breakfast was excellent. The spa was great.

I highly recommend Hotel Victoria for a ski holiday in Wengen, it was perfect in every way.
Pros:

Everything. Friendly staff, good fair priced half-board, spacious well appointed rooms, excellent spa and location (1 min walk from ski lift and train station) could not have been better.

Cons:

No negatives - only superlatives

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Hallenbad ist toll.

Cons:

Das Essen ist meist kalt, egal ob Buffet oder Service. Die Qualität der Speisen ist unterdurchschnittlich. Das Buffet ist nicht schön angerichtet.

Pros:

Location. Food was quite good for the price.

Cons:

Allowed a voucher in exchange for half board dinner in main restaurant but this was only €15 and had to be used in the hotel’s Pasta and More restaurant where it barely bought a starter. Very mean.
