Would stay again
Pros:

It’s a great location with a beautiful view and easy for the train and the slopes.

Cons:

The pool was closed and whilst it was noted on Booking, it was really in the small print with pictures of the pool still prevalent. Not the hotels fault.

wengen駅に近くて良い。残念ながらSPAは改装中でしたが、宿泊前にメールで案内があり、その分の費用をレストラン利用料に充当していただきました。
朝食も充実して種類も豊富でした。

Cons:

SPA改修は残念ですが、次回は期待したいです。

Pros:

Location is excellent, breakfast very nice. Staff quite courteous and helpful. Terrace at front had an excellent view of mountains.

Cons:

Fitness center and spa closure was a big disappointment. Roman amenities need improvement.

Stay here!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Victoria Lauberhorn! We knew ahead of time that the spa was undergoing renovations, and the staff were more than accommodating to upgrade our room and give us a credit towards our stay to make up for it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view! Breakfast was delicious and we felt very taken care of.

Cons:

Not a thing - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay in a living post card
Pros:

The staff, service, and my room were all great. The proximity to the Wengen station made it a an awesome base camp for exploring the Lauterbrunnen area. The breakfast bar was also a good value add to start the day.

Cons:

I was excited to try some of the amenities at the hotel, but they were all under construction.

Perfect location to explore Wengen and Top of Europe experience
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent as was the architecture. Situated right in the heart of Wengen. It had nice grounds. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable with excellent views.

Cons:

There was a coffee machine and pods but no tea making facilities or tea bags provided.
