Perfecte locatie, kamers oké, prima zwembad en sauna, vloer daar alleen niet schoon. Prima service, keuken oké-goed.

Unfortunately It was not what I expected.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the location was great

There was a strong sewer smell and the facilities were inoperable ( spa, fitness center, sauna)

J'ai eu beaucoup de chance. Arrivée le vendredi par un jour couvert, c'était grand soleil le samedi.
Pros:

Les photos que j'avais vues me donnaient l'impression que l'hôtel était entouré de plus de verdure. Par contre la proximité de la gare est bien pratique. Petit déjeuner bien mais le lard pas très bien rôti et les oeufs brouillés trop secs (faits probablement trop tôt). Je ne veux pas que ces commentaires soient visibles des autres voyageurs.

Great location as it was close to the Wengen station. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location as it was close to the Wengen train station. Room was nice and spacious and bedroom slippers + bathrobes were a nice addition. Reception was kind to lend us a European to Swiss adapter.

Cons:

We were at the highest floor and the roof made sections of the bedroom a bit hard to get to for tall people (hitting head if getting out of bed too quickly). Would be better if there were more plugs around the room and more lights in the room to make it brighter.

Pros:

La disponibilité pour un checkin tardif, en général la disponibilité des réceptionnistes. La proximité de la gare. L'offre de petit déjeuner et l'atmosphere du restaurant. La détente dans la piscine après une journée de ski.

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain il n'y a pas de radiateur ou autre source de chauffage, le ventilateur du plafond ne fonctionne pas pour éliminer les odeurs ou l'humidité.
