Great people, great location
Pros:

Friendly staff from reception to dining room to spa. Particular mentions to Robert on reception and Gustav's piano playing in the bar.
Location is perfect. 1 minute from the station, less than 5 minutes from the Männlichen cable car and near the shops.

Cons:

Room needed a little updating. Some USB sockets would have been useful.

Super Lage aber zu teuer für die in die Jahre gekommen Einrichtung.
Pros:

super Lage zu den Pisten und dem Ort Wengen. Schönes Zimmer und Ausblick in die Berge. Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Essen am Abend nur mittelmäßig und teuer.
Einrichtung, vor allem das Bad im Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel bellissimo architettonicamente - Posizione eccellente a pochi metri dalla stazione del treno - Staff molto gentile ed attento - Molto buono il cibo sia la colazione sia la cena - Jacuzzi esterna molto gradevole - Comoda la ski room accessibile dalla via principale

Il bar poco accogliente e senza servizio ai tavoli, con il caminetto finto alla TV e quello vero nella stanza accanto invece spento - La sauna solo nudi (per lo meno il cartello sulla porta dice così, non siamo entrati per quello) - La stanza degli scarponi da sci da arieggiare meglio - L'odore della fonduta del ristorante collegato (buona per altro) troppo presente nei locali dell'hotel

Great stay in Victoria Lauberhorn in Wengen.
Pros:

The location and swimmingpool/spa and wellness are marvelous. The rooms/beds are comfortabel. They have a nice program where you ‘earn’ a discount if you choose not to have you room cleaned every day.

Cons:

We have stayed in this hotel for many years in a row. This time the breakfast was less luxurious than before: limited choice of egg varieties and sausages etc.
