Ottima posizione e ottimo pernottamento
Pros:

Questo residence si trova in una posizione altamente strategica, sul corso di Lipari, più o meno a metà strada tra il porto principale di arrivo degli aliscafi e il porto turistico, per cui a piedi è possibile raggiungere facilmente entrambi.
Inoltre si trova poco distante dalle maggiori attrazioni turistiche di Lipari stessa, ed è anche al centro del corso principale, dove è possibile trovare sia negozi che locali per poter mangiare.
Sia la stanza che il bagno erano molto grandi e soprattutto puliti. Avevamo a disposizione anche un angolo cottura, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito.
La colazione era abbondante e varia ed è stato possibile consumarla nel piccolo chiostro del residence, per cui è stato anche piacevole poterla fare all'aperto con i bambini in un ambiente confinato, ma allo stesso tempo con la libertà di poterli far alzare e giocare.

Agradable, cómodo, céntrico
Pros:

Pequeño hotel muy agradable en la calle central (y peatonal) de Lipari. Apartamento amplio y luminoso con una pequeña cocina con lo indispensable. El personal de recepción fue muy amable resolviendo nuestras dudas y orientándonos en nuestras propuestas de ocio. Muy bien desayuno buffet, con un poco de todo y unos cornetti exquisitos

excellent séjour dans les îles éoliennes.
Pros:

réceptionniste très à l'écoute et très attentionnée.
chambre très spacieuse.
petit-déjeuner très complet et pâtisseries du jour (boulangerie en face de la résidence).
très bonne situation sur la rue principale, proche du centre, des restos, du port ...

Cons:

le bruit dérangeant des machines la nuit (se mettent en route régulièrement).
il manque une poubelle dans la chambre.

Obiekt w rzeczywistosci robi lepsze wrazenie, niz na zdjeciach. Miła obsługa spełnia życzenia klientów. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko idealnie czyste.

Cons:

Można by dodac gniazdka elektryczne do ladowania telefonow obok lozka. Można by poprawic poziom jezyka angielskiego obslugi.

Belle chambre avec grande terrasse. Calme et, pourtant, au centre du village. Très bien situé. Bon matelas

AC très bruyante. Pas de bon pain au petit dej (Pourtant, les boulangers italiens savent en faire du bon !)
