La amabilidad de los empleados y su intento por entendernos, a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma. Las camas eran cómodas, la ubicación excelente.

Tuvimos dos problemas, a mi juicio, imperdonables, sobre todo uno. El día en que nos íbamos a ir, revisando a ver si nos habíamos olvidado algo, encontramos ropa interior que no era nuestra detrás del frigorífico. Pero no fue lo peor. En la habitación había una rata/ratón. Solo se escuchaba de noche y cuando le dije a mi marido que mirara lo vio... se le comunico al personal y que lo trasladarán a la gerencia, así que espero que por el bien de los futuros huéspedes desraticen y desparasiten las habitaciones.
Otro inconveniente, aunque sea menor, es que nos sentimos algo engañados en cuanto a la consigna (choco al lado de la recepción y a mano de cualquiera). Habíamos leído que el día de llegada podíamos dejar las maletas en consigna de forma gratuita y así lo hicimos. Pensando que el día de salida sería igual nos equivocamos. El día de salida te cobran 10 libras por cada bulto.

Fajne lokum w centrum Londynu. Dobre dla rodziny.
Pros:

Opinia dotyczy dwupoziomowego apartamentu. Przede wszystkim apartament nie znajduje się w budynku hotelu. Mieści się na sąsiedniej ulicy, ma osobne, niezależne weście - to po prostu mieszkanie. Łóżka wygodne, łazienka ok. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. TV dostępne i działające, Netflix trzeba mieć swój. Mieszkanie jest ogrzewane (byliśmy w marcu, było nam ciepło). Wifi sprawne. Lokum dobrze zlokalizowane, 5 minut od dworca Victoria, wokół kilka sklepów spożywczych, puby, knajpki i nieduży ryneczek. Autobus minutę od domu. Mieszkanie ma okna od wschodu i zachodu. Zimą czy wiosną ekstra - jest dużo światła ale sądzę, że latem jest tam dość ciepło (klimy nie ma).

Cons:

Zasadniczo nie miałabym nic do zarzucenia ale...takie drobiazgi, które irytują. Np lodówka w zabudowie nie działała, na blacie obok postawiono zastępczą, małą. Zmniejszyło to miejsce, trudno było ustawić na kuchence gazowej duży garnek i patelnię czy woka jednocześnie, bo zastępcza lodówka w zasadzie przylegała do kuchenki. Jedno z okien miało pękniętą szybę - strach otwierać. Okna brudne. Mieszkanie posprzątane, odkurzone ale jak ktoś zechce zajrzeć w jakiś odległy kącik za toaletą, czy przyjrzeć się fugom przy wannie, to znajdzie kurz i trochę brudu. Generalnie pasuje odświeżyć: wymienić zardzewiały grzejnik w łazience, odmalować. W mieszkaniu pozostawiono również jakieś urządzenie do gry, dość duże, które nie działa a zajmuje miejsce. Okolica, choć dobrze skomunikowana, to jednak dość głośna. Przez cienkie i nieszczelne okna słychać imprezowiczów i jadące samochody. Na wysokości okien salonu i jednej z sypialni jest lampa uliczna a zasłonka w oknie nie zaciemnia zupełnie. Zabierzcie przejściówki do ładowarek - w mieszkaniu nie są udostępnione.

Struttura con posizione eccellente
Pros:

Posizione ottima A due passi dalla metro di Victoria. Presenza di ristoranti nella zona. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Era presente solo un asciugamano per persona, cosa poco gradevole e igienica. La camera puzzava di umidità, le pulizie non sono mai state effettuate

Unica nota positiva la posizione. Centralissimo, ben collegato, per il resto, tutto da rivedere...

Cons:

Non sono uno che si lamenta degli alloggi, ma questa struttura necessita veramente di una rinfrescata. Non soʻ se sono gli standard inglesi ad essere così bassi o se solo questo hotel. Fatto stà che la camera si trovava al 2 piano senza ascensore con una scalinata ripida che consente il passaggio di una sola persona senza valige.(e nella foto, consideriamo che mia moglie è piccola 1,50 mt) Stanze piccolissime, bagno ancora di più. E poi.....la benedetta MOQUETTE!!! Sporca e antigenica. Senza contare che in 4 giorni nessuno è venuto nè a rifare la camera, nè a vuotare i cestini.
Decisamente sotto la media.
