Da das Zimmer nicht der Erwartung entsprach, gingen wir zur Rezeption und der Mitarbeiter hat uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten welches besser war als das initiale Zimmer, trotzdem insgesamt für das dass es ein Hotel ist und den Preis , sehr mangelhaft.

Hygiene sehr mangelhaft. Motte, Luft war schimmlig, bilder entsprachen zu beginn nicht der realität, kein Frottee für Gesicht erhalten, kein Hotelservice bzw. Niemand hat Tücher gewechselt, Bett gemacht, gereinigt. Bodenteppich sehr schmutzig, bettwäsche mit flecken. Abfluss des Bades roch stark und verbreitete sich überall. No

Cons:

Estaba muy sucio, no te cambian las toallas, no hacen las camas, llevan sin limpiar desde que abrieron, en una de las habitaciones parecía que habían matado a alguien en ese colchón, DABA ASCO!
Ojalá les toque una inspección de sanidad
Por no decir que te cobran por dejar las maletas en la "recepción" si se puede decir así, te hacen hacerle una foto a tus maletas por si a la que vuelves alguien se las ha llevado "por error"

Las ventanas estaban rotas, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de la calle y entraba un frío horrible, ya que el radiador, por supuesto, no funcionaba, al igual que la mayoría de enchufes.

The Chester Hostel
Pros:

This hotel is close by for transport to get to where we wanted to go. Walking buses underground train was very handy
The staff were lovely always approachable and yes the hotel was very cleanaround the corner from a sainsbury and tesco.

Cons:

In honesty although the hotel filled what we needed it for it wasnt what was advertised on booking.com.
Its in the desperate need of some decor painting carpets
My son had bare feet to go to toilet and he was hurt his foot with spikey carpets rods also the room next door was smoker and was in and out his room most the night banging the stairs doors
There was no breakfast, and well the stay did it for our purpose we were out most of the day and put our head down for sleep
If you want the hilton, you need pay for the hilton.
With this hotel you get what you pay for.

Tenia para poder tomar algo caliente.
Podríamos dejar las maletas después de hacer el chek-out.

En la habitación que estábamos el baño tenia mal olor. No era por falta de limpieza, parece que era alguna tubería mal aislada.
La calefaccion no funcionaban, pero había una portátiles, que calentaba super bien.
