Paid an £100 deposit which I wasn’t told about until I checked in, I was told I’d get it back the day I check out and I still haven’t received it and it’s been 4 days

Amazing location, great hotel
Pros:

Amazing location, very clean and comfortable bed. Looks brand new as all recently renovated. Would definately stay again. Despite other reviews we found staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Un personnel sympathique (dommage qu'ils n'en parlent pas un peu français mais ce n'est pas grave). La chambre est agréable, la literie confortable, le mini bar et Netflix sur le téléviseur sont un gros plus...
Je recommande vivement même si c'est souvent assez cher (surtout l'été).

Fair.
Pros:

La struttura é abbastanza nuova e funzionale, si trova molto vicino alla metro Earl’s Court, in un quartiere tranquillo anche se non particolarmente comodo per spostamenti veloci verso il centro. La camera é superficialmente pulita, ma va bene per gli standard di Londra. La camera é silenziosa e gli infissi buoni.

Cons:

Nonostante le segnalazioni e l’insistenza dello staff nel dire di no, il condizionatore nella nostra camera non ha mai funzionato, così come quello del bagno.
I letti sono datati e i materassi completamente andati, così come anche il fon dovrebbe essere aggiornato.

A mio avviso, il dettaglio più assurdo é la cauzione di 100 sterline che trattengono al momento del check in e che verrà restituita a data da destinarsi a patto che non ci siano danni in camera (valutati ex post arbitrariamente da loro perché nessuno é venuto a controllare mentre noi eravamo ancora in struttura) e a patto che io check out sia fatto in orario.

Really impressed: modern, clean room + bathroom. Few mins from Earls Court station. Booked again!
Pros:

Really modern, cosy and clean room and bathroom. The rooms look exactly like the photos unlike some hotels which only show you photos of the "best" rooms. It was only a few minutes walk from Earls Court station and down a nice quiet residential street. There was free bottled water in the fridge and free coffee, hot chocolate and tea as well as biscuits. Loads of lights around the room that you can adjust to make things as cosy as you want. Modern bathroom and large shower. Good selection of plugs and usb ports. And finally the TV has all the popular streaming apps so you can login and watch them. Basically I liked it so much after my first visit I literally just booked it again for another work trip couple weeks later! Highly recommended (and I hardly ever write a review so take that into account that I felt the need to here!).

Cons:

Literally the only thing that wasn't perfect was the maximum shower pressure when at highest level - it could've been a bit more powerful, but really just a minor niggle.
