Location was great, great value for money
Left my airpods there, rang 10 minutes after leaving, the guy at reception found them in my room, I did offer to pay for the postage and was told that wasn't an option and they'd hold them for 2 weeks before disposing. This was disappointing to be very honest.

Bathroom quite small making it hard to get dressed in there (sharing with a friend)

We were very pleasantly surprised as the price was very reasonable for London so we thought there must be a catch. The room was very clean and beds super comfortable. The facilities were great in terms of plugs, coffee and tea and lovely biscuits. We had everything we needed and it was very quiet. We booked a triple room that had three separate beds so as I was travelling with my Mum and sister was perfect. I would definitely recommend.
Room and bathroom was a little small for 3 people but we made it work.
Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms, and the hotel generally, were very clean and had everything you could want, including 2 bottles of water in a fridge.

Very nice updates. Nice location close to Earl’s Court. On our second day the internet went out. We contacted the front desk manager who informed us he was working on it. He then called our room when it was fixed to let us know.
A few stairs to traverse. My wife hurt her leg and was using a cane so the steps posed a little problem.
The location is perfect. It is two minutes away from the station. Staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful (both before, during, and after the stay). The room was clean and spacious enough for a single person.
I was on the fourth floor, and at night, I had almost no water in the shower.

Absolutely everything was of exceptional standard. The rooms are beautiful, the service is excellent, the location is a very short walk to Earl's Court station - we managed to walk it easily even when loaded with luggage and shopping bags. The beds are firm and comfortable, the lighting is dimmable and all aspects of it are adjustable. We were in a quadruple room and we had enough space for all four girls to get ready at the same time.

It would be nice if there was breakfast available but it wasn't a very big issue as there is lots of options located close by. Price for stay was reasonable and reflected the fact that breakfast is not an option here.
Clean, good facilities, excellent family room configuration with one double bed and two single beds. Good location in a nice area and within a 3 minute walk to Earls Court tube station and M&S food.
