This is a really nice old place to stay. AC worked well, room had a huge bathroom. Close to Venice.

La Villa è splendida, il restauro è un po’ datato, ma l’aria vissuta ha il suo fascino. Per gli amanti dei lampadari di Murano, degli specchi alla veneziana e dei mobili di antiquariato.

Such a surprising treat. An authentic Italian villa with all the comforts of home including air conditioning. Easy bus access to Venice right outside the door. Fantastic!!

Wunderschöne Villa aus dem 17 Jahrhundert . Sehr geräumige , wie in einem Palast engerichtete Zimmer. Schöner Park rund herum. Minus : fast an der Strase. Frühstück ok.

La location è molto suggestiva, soggiornare in questa villa ti porta indietro nel tempo alla vita dei nobili signori dell epoca.
Ci tornerei volentieri, ma credo che andrebbe un po’ rivisto negli arredi delle camere che sono un tantino trascurate, al contrario la hall è molto elegante con i suoi salotti accoglienti.
Colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti (dolce e salata)
Un plauso particolare va alla fanciulla del ricevimento (e tanto altro...) carina, cordiale accogliente e molto disponibile con noi clienti.

Wir waren bereits im zeriten Mal in dieser wunderbaren Villa. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal! Der Bus hält in unmittelbarer Nähe - man ist in einer guten halben Stunde mitten in Venedig.
Hinweis: Es kann sein, dass die Adresse Via Martiri Della Liberta 75 nicht von Navigationsgeräten resp. Programmen gefunden wird. Ersetzen Sie Via durch Riviera. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Wir haben nach einem Aufenthalt in Padua hier einen Zwischenstop in einer der alten Villen am Brenta-Kanal gemacht und auch sehr genossen.
Das Abendessen war hervorragend und preislich angemessen und nicht zu teuer.
Der Erhaltungszustand war gut, einzelne Renovierungen (etwa Bad) nicht ganz geglückt.
Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert, alle waren sehr nett. Ein professionelles Management.

Unico neo è la scarsità di personale La colazione è in linea con un 3 stelle, camere e arredi idem, ma è degno delle migliori favole romantiche. Il giardino/parco è meraviglioso e l'architettura dell'edificio delle migliori ville venete.

Das Hotel ist tatsächlich eine schöne alte Villa mit kleinem süßen Park. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da es sich um eine alte Villa handelt, ist natürlich auch kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Dafür aber eine breite Treppe.
Es gibt auch ein Restaurant im Hotel, in dem es allerdings nur Fischgerichte gibt. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass an dem Abend, an dem wir im Restaurant gegessen haben, die Mitarbeiterin kein englisch konnte, was die Bestellung etwas erschwerte, da es keine Karte gab, sondern das Menu mündlich vorgetragen wurde. Aber das Essen war gut.
Die Lage des Hotel ist super, da vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle für die Busse nach Venedig und Padua halten. Eine einfache Fahrt kostet 4,- € pro Person. Leider kann man die Bustickets nicht im Hotel kaufen und der Busfahrer hatte auch keine. Automaten gibt es auch keine. Das Hotelpersonal war so freundlich und hat im Zentrum von Dolo Tickets für uns besorgt. Allerdings haben wir dann nicht mehr 4,-€ sondern 10,-€ pro Person gezahlt. Den Aufschlag fand ich schon übertrieben viel. Vor allem, wenn man in den Bewertungen anderer Hotels liest, dass diese Tickets vor Ort haben.
Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings eher süß als deftig. Aber es gab so ne Art Toastbrot, Wurst und Käse.
Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Un vrai palais au bord de la Brenta chez le comte Rocca. On peut rêver un peu et s'imaginer au 19eme siècle dans les meilleures chambres réservées à ses amis.

O Hotel e antigo, mas muito limpo!! Café da manhã bom! Não tem staff para ajudar com a bagagem, pois tem uma grande escada!! No geral execelente custo beneficio!

Cette villa datant du XIX éme siècle est exceptionnelle, les jardins sont magnifiques. Passée la peur du fait qu'un marriage se tenait le Soir de notre venue, La jeune femme qui nous a accueilli a été particulièrement professionnelle et à l'écoute des clients. Seul bémol important : le petit déjeuner qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement, tres décevant sur ce point.

The building has lots of character and history and the restaurant and communal sitting areas are beautiful. The outside could do with a good coat of paint on shutters, stonework cleaned and gardens better maintained ( entrance area good, gardens at back seen better days). Nothing a little tender loving care couldn't fix.
The nearby village of Dolo has historic interest and some smart bars but the immediate stretch either side of hotel is disappointing as many of the othe villas abandoned and in secpvere disrepair. Hoping some rejuvenation will happen as has started the other side of canal.
Very convenient for motorway to/ from Venice airport or as alternative for visiting the city.
