Clean just really lovely hotel
I never had nothing bad to say about the place spot on
Location was fairly close to the city centre. About a mile away.
Pretty good value.
Car park on site - £5
Room was a little bit small & car park was a bit tricky to find.
We did stay long enough to find one look at the room was enough , the building looks like it's used to house DHSS ,it's rough as feckery . The receptionist was lovely and is obviously used to people walking out in disgust
All of it
Staff was supportive
Dirty toilet, dirty bed linens, heaters were not working
Very friendly staff.
Not very clean, very out of date, many broken things, very noise.
Location-close to st James
Telly , radiator and kettle didn’t work
Cheap, without deposits was a £10 deposit for key
Cold, mold and hair on the sheets
Nothing so filthy
Cleanliness is not there
Staff was nice, 24/7 reception was nice.
Room was not clean at all.
Cheap
Bit dingy
I would not advise anybody to book here..it is disgusting, freezing cold, damp and no signal on tv..so many other things aswell like reception no help at all and very rude so do not waste your time and money..Newcastle has alot to offer but this hotel is a joke and ruins your visit..pics of room wallpaper coming off with damp/piece just covering a missing piece
