I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone at Best Western Nettuno Brindisi, especially Damiano Fiorentino.

After my flight was delayed by over three hours, I arrived in Brindisi with no transportation to Porto Cesareo and found myself stranded. By pure luck, I managed to book the last available room at the hotel after a cancellation just minutes before.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible kindness. The staff looked after me so well, offering me complimentary breakfast and making me feel more like a friend than a guest.

A very special thank you to Damiano Fiorentino, who truly went above and beyond. The following day, he personally drove me all the way to Porto Cesareo, making sure I arrived safely.

As a solo traveller in an unfamiliar place, his kindness, generosity meant more than I can put into words.

He showed me around, helped me get my bearings, and reminded me that there are still wonderful people in this world who help others simply because they can.

Thank you also to the restaurant team and reception staff, who were equally welcoming and caring throughout my stay.

What could have been a stressful experience turned into a beautiful memory thanks to the incredible people at Best Western Nettuno.

If you’re visiting Brindisi, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. You won’t just find a hotel, you’ll find people who genuinely care.

Hotel was comfortable but the distance from the centre of Brindisi and the train station made it a bit disappointing. A

The location is a long distance from centre and while the hotel itself was fine it lacked any atmosphere or soul

Bis auf die Lage war alles super gut!

Und jedes noch so kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst.

Sogar auf Kredikarte eines Mittarneiters wurde mir ein Mittagessen besorgt. Einfach große Klasse diese Menschen dort.

Auch mit Blick aud die Panne meiner Vespa: Das Personal suchte mir nach einer Werkstatt. Bewegend.

Cons:

Die Entfernungsangabe zum Stadtzentrum: 800 Meter - das ist Luftlinie. Ich hätte durch den Hafen schwimmen müssen.

Real: 3 Kilometer.
