Struttura pulita, piena di servizi, personale molto accogliente.
Personale accogliente ma disorganizzato, ognuno diceva la sua. Non si segue la stessa linea di pensiero. Qualcuno diceva che la navetta per il mare poteva essere prenotata anche la mattina stessa. Altri invece che andava prenotata prima perche non c era posto. Cosa terrificante la vasca per fare la doccia era piena di capelli e sporcizia, e mentre ti facevi la doccia ti ritrovavi con i piedi immersi. Basta un po di manutenzione e un po di accortenza

La posizione, panorama stupendo, servizio navetta e il personale gentile.
La camera è arredata in vecchio stile, letto matrimoniale scomodo composto da due materassi singoli. In camera non c’è il minibar, non rispetta le 4 stelle…Migliorerei anche i prodotti della prima colazione.
Pagare centinaia di euro per un pernottamento e ritrovarsi a dormire con le molle del materasso conficcate nelle costole è davvero vergognoso.
La camera era decadente e obsoleta ( mancano le prese accanto al letto mancano le prese in bagno illuminazione scarsa e tv praticamente microscopica) brutta alla vista e poco piacevole.
Terribile la palestra composta da due vecchi attrezzi in croce, assenza aria condizionata / asciugamani/ acqua.
Corridoi con moquette lurida e macchiata ovunque.
Ho molta apprezzato invece la zona piscina da cui si gode di una bellissima vista e Buona la prima colazione.
Ultima navetta dal mare alle ore 18 impossibile quindi godersi un tramonto.
Complessivamente se puntata ad avere confort nella stanza è assolutamente da evitare almeno per la versione di standard economy ( che di economy ha solo il nome costando appunto centinaia di euro!)

colazione in linea con le mie necessità il caffè/cappuccino fatti con il distributore non rendono giustizia alla struttura ma è anche vero che fare caffè per 300/400 persone alla stessa ora non è sempre possibile
la cucina...l'unica sera che abbiamo cenato c'era un buffet che a mio parere che non rende giustizia alla struttura

Great facilities and really relaxing! Really good for families as there were many activities that staff would try and engage the children in. Location is good but I would definitely recommend hiring a car so you can drive to the main town.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
We paid almost €300 per night for a hotel that feels extremely outdated. The rooms are old and in desperate need of renovation.
The breakfast was very disappointing. There was very little choice: just bread, butter, ham, a sweet croissant, lots of cakes, and the only fruit available was whole peaches and plums. For a hotel charging these prices, the breakfast was simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, upon arrival we were told we had to pay an additional €10 per person, per day for a mandatory “club card,” supposedly to access the swimming pool and the hotel’s facilities. This extra charge was unreasonable and should have been included in the room rate or made much clearer before booking.
There is a shuttle service to Maratea, but it costs €8 per person each way. If there are not enough passengers, the price suddenly increases to €25 per person. Pool towels are not provided free of charge either—you have to rent them (€5 each) or buy them. And, unbelievably, everyone is required to wear a swimming cap in the outdoor pool.
All these extra charges make you feel like you are constantly being asked to pay more after already spending a significant amount on the room.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is the breathtaking view. Everything else—from the facilities and breakfast to the service and hidden costs—was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
