Not a luxury hotel!
Pros:

Very close to the train station

Cons:

The locks on the doors were broken! The electrical outlets were exposed. Not very clean. The personal was very nice and helpful

Friendly Hotel Stay
Pros:

Thommaso was a very helpful and friendly host who helped in every way, before and during our stay.
The ladies in the breakfast room were also very cheery, and made our large group feel welcome.
This is an excellent hotel if you are boarding a cruise ship from Ravenna, as they also provide a free shuttle to the Port which is about 15 minutes away.

Comodidade para o viajante que irá utilizar o terminal de cruzeiros
Pros:

Excelente opção de hotel para quem chega a Ravenna de comboio e irá embarcar num cruzeiro. O hotel fica a uma curta distância da estação e oferece um transfer gratuito para o terminal de cruzeiro. O quaró é amplo e confortável.

Pros:

My friend lost her passport and Tommaso was so patient and kind to help her with everything she needed to do. He was with us for a long time, even walking us to police station to report loss passport. He helped with us getting a transfer to Florence and a close room to US Embassy.

Now, this is service!
Pros:

The guest service is OUTSTANDING! We were stranded at the cruise terminal and they sent their van to pick us up even though this is not a routine service. The room was clean and functional, a typical European hotel room.
