Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuscht.
Die Sauberkeit war nicht zufriedenstellend. Besonders unangenehm empfanden wir die Stimmung des Personals, insbesondere im Restaurant. Beim Frühstück hatte man leider jeden Morgen das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Das Personal wirkte häufig negativ und wenig freundlich, wodurch wir uns beim Essen unwohl gefühlt haben.

Besonders ärgerlich war eine Situation an unserem letzten Tag. Wir hatten für unser Kind zwei kleine Sandwiches für die Fahrt eingepackt, da sie im Restaurant ohnehin kaum gegessen hatte. Vor uns lagen noch etwa sieben Stunden Autofahrt. Eine Service-Mitarbeiterin kam zu uns und sagte, dass man kein Essen aus dem Restaurant mitnehmen dürfe. Kurz darauf ging sie zur Rezeption, damit uns die zwei kleinen Sandwiches auf die Rechnung gesetzt werden. Dieses Vorgehen empfanden wir als völlig unverhältnismäßig und sehr unfreundlich.

Auch beim Abendessen waren wir enttäuscht. Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants, in denen wir während unserer Reise gegessen haben, war dieses Restaurant das teuerste, obwohl die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte eher begrenzt war. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns daher nicht gestimmt.

Beim Check-out mussten wir außerdem noch Steuern und Parkgebühren bezahlen. Dass das Parken täglich extra kostet, wurde uns bei der Ankunft bzw. beim Check-in nicht klar mitgeteilt. Solche zusätzlichen Kosten sollten unserer Meinung nach von Anfang an transparent kommuniziert werden, damit Gäste nicht erst beim Check-out davon überrascht werden.

Insgesamt haben wir uns leider nicht besonders willkommen gefühlt. Für uns stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgrund des Service, der zusätzlichen Kosten und der allgemeinen Erfahrung nicht

colazione scarsa, non rispondono al telefono (all'arrivo per il parcheggio ho dovuto perdere un'ora perchè non mi hanno risposto, e così hanno chiuso le cucine dei ristoranti). stanza molto semplice.
