Excellent early check in but rooms were very small, no drawers to put underwear etc in, no hook on a door to hang outdoor clothing and not enough hangers on the small wardrobe. Air conditioning was very good. Staff not at all friendly, some didn’t even speak when we said good morning and on check out didn’t say a word! Location was very good as only a 2 minute walk to Paddington station, plenty of shops and cafes in the area and a 5 minute walk to Hyde Park. To say the hotel has only just been refurbished there was an awful lot of dirty marks on the walls and one of our rooms overhead shower squirted sideways so hit you in the face when the door was open and went all over the floor.

I have been staying in various hotels around Paddington for work and this is by far the best. The lobby was welcoming (and smelt nice!) and the room was super comfortable, bathroom was modern/clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Fint hotell som ligger perfekt til, men fikk rom i kjelleren uten vindu. Så det var dårlig luft, fryktelig fuktig og klaustrofobisk.

The rooms are small but well equiped,
Fridge, ac, jug, lift.

Skøn beliggenhed tæt på Paddington station med restaurant og food hall lige rundt om hjørnet. Hotellet var nyrenoveret og virkelig pænt

The room was booked to accommodate 4 adults which it did, however it was in the basement and felt a bit claustrophobic. I might not have booked if I knew ahead of time it was below ground. There was also a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Everything else looked clean and was probably just overlooked but still not a great thing to give you confidence that the room was cleaned properly. The staff was kind and the location great.

Property was great overall. Wonderful location with easy walking access to Paddington Station, lots of dining options, and many sights.

O hotel é novo ou reformado, muito bem localizado, próximo a Paddington Station e de várias lojas boas e boas lanchonetes/restaurantes. Funcionários muito gentis e prestativos. Quarto pequeno mas reformado, com ótima cama e ducha, cafeteira, único porém foi que meu quarto era no subsolo, não tinha janela. Gostei muito, voltarei com certeza.

Absolute amazing great friendly check in and out. Really nice place for a weekend away.
