Pros:

The location is ideal. While it's a bit of a trek from where the cars drop you off, hotel staff are very helpful in escorting you to and from the car and helping you carry your luggage. Communication with the hotel was beyond excellent, their responsiveness was incredible despite our time difference from North America.

Cons:

There is a known issue that there is limited hot water for showers.

Pros:

The staff at Hotel Kastel are the nicest people I've ever met in my life. We got into Split at around 1am due to Uber and bus issues, and the staff waited for us, chased us down the street when we got lost, carried our bags to our room, and checked us in seamlessly. Could not recommend more - the location is perfect also. The room was clean, cool and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Nothing. We loved every bit of Hotel Kastel.

Amazing location.
Pros:

The location was amazing simply walk out the door and your amongst it all.

Cons:

It was slightly noisy at night but that comes with the location. Did not affect us at all.

Very atmospheric and friendly place.

Great location and not noisy at all despite being central.

Not a problem for us but some rooms have a lot of stairs to access so worth being aware of.

Great room in a lovely area, friendly staff, spotless facilities, and a very comfortable bed

We had a great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The bed was very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the friendly, helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
