Pros:

The hotel is amazing, the location is spectacular, the service and the restaurant are excellent. If you are looking for a high quality option in Engadin and save some budget, this is the place. We went in car, but it is possible to get to the hotel by bus. I totally recommend it.

Travesseiros desconfortáveis, camas com colchões pequenos (duros), chuveiro e box ruins, falta de tomadas, cafe da manha poderia ser melhor pelo preço, localização nao tao boa pontos de onibus a 10/15 minutos de caminhada

Trop court et inoubliable.
Pros:

Tout, mais particulièrement le cadre et l'accueil. Nous avons rarement, voire jamais, été accueilli sussi chaleureusement dans un hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avons tout apprécié. S'il fallait faire un souhait, ce serait d'avoir du pain de Sils au petit-déjeuner.

Peaceful traditional and top Swiss service
Pros:

Beautiful traditional hotel in an amazingly kept house. The gardens are perfect for some peace and quiet, kids playground facilities are great. The rooms are traditional with some nice Swiss antique furniture so you really feel in the heart of Switzerland. The bathroom and shower was great.
Location is incredible and possibly the best view I've ever had in Switzerland. Breakfast was lovely, nice choice of things to eat and nice coffee machine. The manager was super helpful, prepared everything for our late arrival, including a hand written note. Was easy to get the pass for the mountain trains from reception, def worth getting if you stay more than 2 nights. All round a great and really peaceful hotel with stunning views.

Cons:

The walls are fairly thin, you can hear people talking but guests here are quite respectful so it wasn't a problem. Car park was tricky with a bike trailer.

Peaceful ambience in greta location
Pros:

The staff were exceptional; friendly, informative and attentive. Breakfast was really excellent. Location is perfect with lovely views.

Cons:

It is a little tired; but then it is a historic property with real atmosphere.

Struttura accogliente, ottima per famiglie!

Accoglienza perfetta, anche in italiano😉 struttura organizzatissima per bambini, posizione perfetta per quiete e vista!

Cons:

Nulla di francamente negativo!
Leggermente fuori dal centro, ma ben collegata anche con i mezzi pubblici.
Sarebbe stato bello a cena avere la possibilità di scelta di cibi tipici.

Дуже гарний готель з розкішним інтер'єром і великою територією. Розташування підійде для тих, хто хоче подалі від міста і має своє авто. Персонал привітний, сніданки нормальні, проте замалий вибір, але в цілому красивий вид з ресторану це компенсує.

Cons:

Виникла дещо неприємна ситуація з оплатою нашого номера. Чомусь готель двічі стягнув кошти з мого рахунку, але вони самі ж про це мене повідомили і повернули кошти та дали печеньку 😅

Prachtig historisch hotel op ideale locatie met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel! Een echte aanrader
Pros:

Halfpension met vegetarische optie was zeer verzorgd en lekker! Ideale rustige locatie met parkeren voor de deur. Ontzettend vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Burgerpas die toegang geeft tot alle liften en trein en bus is zeer voordelig en handig! Prachtig idyllisch hotel in historische setting!

Cons:

Ontbijt was heel lekker maar het enige jammere was dat er gekookte eitjes waren maar als je een gebakken ei of omelet wilde, je zou moeten bijbetalen. 6 frank voor een omelet is niet goedkoop.
