The lady on reception and the man in the restaurant were both very kind and helpful

Cons:

Our room was very small and basic for the price, barely room to move never mind open the suitcase! There were dirty socks on the floor and it just didnt feel clean. Breakfast was so so minimal, hardly any choice and not topped up. It was a treat for us to spend this much on a hotel and we were bitterly disappointed 😞 The photos of the rooms on booking.com were nothing like ours.

Pros:

Loved the hotel, it felt like a very charming period home complete with antique furniture and nestled in a park-like setting. The staff was lovely and so very helpful in all things. The shuttles for the valley were very convenient, as were the trails adjacent to the property, useful to get in and out of the town centre and ski slopes. Would happily stay again.

öncelikle calisanlar gercekten cözüm odakli , her konuda pozitif yaklasim var , otel huzurlu ve keyifli , otobüs duragindan indikten sonra biraz yürünüyor ama cok sikinti degil. Aksam saatlerinde sömineli kütüphane sohbet etmek icin cok keyifli .

Cons:

sadecebir öneri sunabilirim otele gelmek icin inilen otobüs ayni yoldan devam ediyor belki otel yöneticileri otelin kösesinde oraya gelen yolculari indirebilmeleri icin bir anlasma yapabilir.

Cons:

Kahvaltı daha fazla çeşit olabilir. Servis yapan eleman daha güleryüzlü olabilir.

Temizlik daha iyi olabilir. Temizlik görevlileri havlu, tuvalet kapığıdı gibi sarf malzemeleri daha iyi takip edebilir. Odalar günlük ikram olarak su mutlaka konulmalı. Mutfak kapandıktan sonra suya ulaşımınız kalmıyor.

The view. Location was beautiful but far from city center. I read in reviews that they give you free transfer from hotel to city center, it didn't happen.

Cons:

Very rude staff. We were given a room on the -1 floor, which had nothing to do with the authentic interior of the hotel, which is on Booking.com. It was a very old and uncomfortable room, with a smell.

Lage ist sehr gut. Etwas ausserhalb von St. Moritz, mit dem Motorrad für uns ideal.
Sehr nettes freundliches Personal und Chefin, man merkt dass diese ihren Job mit Leidenschaft machen.
Sehr gutes frisches Frühstück!
Das ganze Haus ist sehr alt, dies macht aber seinen Charme aus, man fühlt sich in alte Zeiten zurückversetzt. Es ist aussergewöhnlich sauber. Nicht mal an den alten Lustern findet man ein Körnchen Staub!
Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
