Anenities & support good. Good value from small hotel.
Pros:

Location close to station was good. Vernicula adjoining station & hotel a very good free service. Breakfast Menu /provisions very good & varied.
Choice of inside or out good as weather was very hot.
Coffee machine excellent. Coffee excellent

Cons:

Room fresh & airy but no air conditioning a real confort problem in very hot weather. Not even a small room fridge was problematic for medication & water storage in the heat. Breakfast felt impersonal. No ‘hello’ or assistance. Some quiet music would help when dining alone. The furniture overcrowded the space (left over from busy night before?) heavy & cumbersome even dangerous to move around to get past to select further items. Needed to request replenish of scrambled eggs. Needed more advice on what was covered/ not covered on local free transport & attractions.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

Cons:

There is a mobile AC device, and there is no window, it's an attic, I had to close that AC to be able to sleep and stay in 30 degrees with air circulating . 2 words NEVER AGAIN
actually, the quality price is really exaggerated

I loved staying here.
Pros:

Location was ideal, very close to the funicular to the main railway station, making this a short journey of only approx 10 mins.
I got a professional and courteous welcome at reception on my arrival.
Also, the restaurant staff were entirely attentive, replenishing all items of the very nice continental breakfast at frequent intervals. I didn't need to ask for anything.
I decided to dine in one evening, when the restaurant was already very busy. Despite this, a member of staff found me a comfortable spot (which allowed for a good view of the football on TV). My order arrived soon, and I appreciated the choice of food available, as well as the food quality.
My room was small, which I had expected, but cleaned to a high standard. I was grateful for the fan provided, which did a good job of keeping the room cool in the unusually high temperatures.

Cons:

There was genuinely nothing I could fault.
