Pros:

Die Lage des Hôtel des Arts ist wirklich kaum zu toppen: nur wenige Schritte vom Seeufer entfernt und gleichzeitig nahe der Altstadt. Dafür gibt es definitiv Pluspunkte.

Cons:

Beim Komfort und bei der Ausstattung besteht allerdings deutlich Luft nach oben. In unserem Zimmer eine offene Nasszelle.– kein separates Bad. Nach dem Duschen stand das Wasser. Der Duschkopf liess sich zudem nicht vernünftig verstellen. Und das Mini-WC ist so klein, dass sich ein normal grosser Mensch darin kaum bewegen kann. Eine durchgelegene Matratze kam hinzu.

Anscheinend ist das die Kunst, die Kunst, in diesem Hotel mit all den Widrigkeiten und Fehlern übernachten zu können.

Fazit: Top-Lage, aber beim Komfort und bei der Ausstattung gibt es deutliche Abstriche.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am See, in kurzer Distanz zum Funiculair das einem zum Bahnhof bringt.
