Pros:

Personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Check-in et check-out hyper rapide et efficace. Chambre belle, spacieuse et confortable. Trop bien la machine a café/thé dans la chambre !

Pros:

Camera grande, bagno con una bella doccia grande. Tutto molto Pulito. Ottima colazione (consiglio). Possibilità di avere un tagliando (a pagamento) da lasciare in auto per il parcheggio. Non hanno parcheggi privati ma in zona hotel ci sono molti parcheggi disponibili. Zona comoda, nelle vicinanze anche una coop e altri negozi.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel
Nous avons eu une suite familiale pour le prix d'une chambre double
Le petit déjeuner était très copieux
Le personnel était très avenant et agréable

Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la brasserie attenante a l'hôtel et le lieu n'est pas très agréable.

Cons:

C’è stato un disguido con la camera, che non era preparata per 4, quando abbiamo chiesto se potevano preparare il letto anche per i nostri figli, la receptionist ha aperto il divano letto e ci ha lasciato le lenzuola e un piumone invece di due, e abbiamo fatto noi il letto.

Visita a Neuchatel
Pros:

L' accoglienza, la disponibilità del personale, la pulizia e una buona colazione. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, per problemi di salute siamo stati costretti a anticipare il rientro. La Responsabile Ariane Boesch, così come Gary Marques e la collega della sera prima, sono stati gentilissimi, attenti e disponibili. Hanno fatto in modo di rimborsarci quanto possibile del soggiorno non utilizzato. Siamo grati per questa cortesia e premura nei nostri confronti. Se dovessimo tornare a visitare Neuchatel sicuramente pernotteremo ancora in questo Hotel! Mariapaola e Piermario
