An Excellent Stay in an Excellent Location
Pros:

Very central location for the sights we wished to see on this trip. The staff were super friendly, efficient and helpful, which all made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was very quiet, very clean and comfortable, on request, with tea, coffee and water replaced every day. The breakfast was basically continental, with a small selection of hot foods, but nonetheless the selections on offer were very good and substantial. Overall, an excellent stay, and we will not hesitate to stay here again in the event we return to Florence.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike at all.

Great staff and location
Pros:

The location was brilliant, staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The room was showing signs of wear and tear. Toilet did not flush very well and paint pealing in parts. One socket was not working

reserve hab grande con 3 camas individuales y nos asignaron una hab normal, que era poco espacio para tres adultos, con cama doble más un sofá cama, con buen colchón, pero pequeña.

Merveilleux séjour dans un super hôtel très bien placé dans une ville de rêve
Pros:

Le lit est très confortable, l’emplacement top et le personnel très très gentil.

Cons:

Si vraiment il faut choisir une chose je dirai les oreillers un peu durs mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose sinon c’est parfait.

Odanın ısısını ayarlamam için termonetreyi resepsiyondan açmaları gerekiyor her akşam arayıp rica etmek. Ve bazen termostatı açmak yerine öneride bulunmlark can sıkıcı. Odanın serinlemesi için Pencereyi açın dediler mesela. Hem bebeğimiz olduğu için dışardan sivrisinek böcek gelmesini istemedik hem de odamız diğer bloğa bağlanan ve bazı misafirlerin gelip geçtiği bir balkona bakıyordu

Overall, great location and place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast and location were both great!

Cons:

No A/C in Florence allowed before April. So we had to open the window at night for air flow and the streets outside are incredibly loud.
