Único y romántico

La amabilidad , las facilidades el desayuno con una tortilla personalizada .

Cons:

Que me haya equivocado en una habitación grande solo para mí y su precio alto . Quería una pequeña pero la culpa creo q ha sido mía .

I found this property average from a location, general amenities and hotel staff perspective.

The reception staff were not helpful nor courteous. I inquired about the “spa” and use of it was dismissed as too complicated. I booked this property specifically because of the pool and other spa amenities. In my seven nights, I wasn’t able to use it once. Makes me wonder if it’s even operational.

On the other hand, the restaurant staff were very pleasant and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The location is not in Brig and a 25 minute walk into town. The walk is along a pathway, which can be quite pleasant.

- leider kriegt man auf Reklamationen keinerlei Feedback
- Rezeption kaum besetzt
- Hotel mit Car- Gästen
- Frühstücksbuffet lässt für ein 4*Hotel zu wünschen übrig
- wenig Gastfreundschaft spürbar
- Zimmer waren okay, aber nur halbe Vorhänge, die nur die Hälfte der Fenster bedeckten

Baar und Restaurant waren immer geschlossen. Mann musste auswärts gehen um zu Abendessen.
