Wir waren rundum begeistert! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit unkompliziert und herzlich.

Die Lage mitten im Herzen von Malcesine ist einfach traumhaft – ideal, um den Ort zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great location. Few minutes walk to Monte Baldo cable car and old city just outside the hotel. Smaller room but clean. Air conditionong work great. There is breakfast for 10 Euro- it was very tasty with sweet and sour options like eggs,cheesse and ham. There is a parking included,however, there is only few spots next to the hotel and if it is busy you have to park in the second location which is 10-15 minutes walk but uphill. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

Cons:

The shower is tiny.

Vi bokade lägenhet som var en liten promenad från hotellet. Super bra läge mitt i stan, nära till bad och uteliv. Trevlig personal och mysig frukost.

Okay, Parkplatzsituation unbefriedigend
Pros:

Vom Hotel her hat alles gepasst. Alles extrem sauber, sehr ruhig, Hotel liegt an der Haupstrasse, hat aber mehrere Dependancen für die Appartments, hier sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Lage bringt einige Unannehmlichkeiten mit sich. Selbst das Abstellen des Gepäcks erfolgt auf dem Gehsteig einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Die hoteleigenen Parkplätze waren trotz früher Ankunft mit protzigen SUVs (deutsche Nummern) vollständing blockert. Unser Hotelparkplatz war knapp 1 km entfernt (lt.Google Maps) und deutlich höher gelegen, bei 35 Grad nicht angenehm. Die Strasse ist so eng ubd steil, wenn jemand entgegenkommt, bedarf es einigen Geschicks. Das wiedrrholt sich auch bei Abfahrt.
Würde deshalb hier nicht mehr buchen oder eine öffentliche Garage aufsuchen.
Auch die Appartments liegen zum Teil einige hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Kopfsteinpflaster und massiv Touristen.
Interessant die Reaktion der Receptionsdamen, die die Entfernungen viel kürzer angeben.

Pros:

Hyrde en studiolägenhet mitt inne i centrum av Malcesine. Den låg i en gränd intill en av de större torgen. Precis utanför dörren fanns restauranger, dryck, bageri, shopping mm. Vi saknade inget, dock bra att veta att gratisparkering fanns ca 600 m bort. Inga bilar fick åka i centrum. Studion låg ca 150 m bort från själva hotellet. Bra kök med spis, kylskåp och frysskåp tex. Personalen följde med och visade vägen till studion, de hjälpte till att bära väska till bilen, verkligen hjälpsamma och trevliga !

Fantastic little hotel in the middle of town, with everything you need a few steps away. Very accomodating to our needs and friendly, helpful staff. Travelled with children. Room was clean, beds were great, a small pool but the kids enjoyed it. We were able to charge our electric car too. Breakfast was not taken but tea is free to take as you need. Super refreshing citrus water at reception!

Cons:

For the price, the staff and the location, nothing to complain about!
