Pros:

Sehr guze Lage nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Großer Video überwachter Parkplatz. Restaurant war im Oktober nicht in Betrieb aber jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Essen im Ort.

Hotel in bester zentraler Lage mit familiärer Atmosphäre und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel, das nahe dem Ortszentrum in ruhiger Lage gelegen ist und auch einen eigenen Parkplatz aufweist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Badezimmer bietet alle Accessoires, die man benötigt. Darüberhinaus lässt das Frühstücksbuffet keine Wünsche offen und der Frühstücksraum ist sehr gemütlich etabliert. Das Personal ist sehr um die Gäste bemüht und wir wurden sogar darauf hingewiesen, sich das nur wenige Kilometer entfernt gelegene Schloss "Versailles dei Duchi di Parma" in Colorno anzusehen - ein sehr wertvoller und interessanter Hinweis !

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work. No fly screens on the window.
No coffee or tea making facilities which was supposed to be included- I requested a cup of hot water(I have my own tea) and was charged €1 for washing up😖
No toiletries which were supposed to be included-I asked for them and was supplied with a small bottle of shower gel
Noisy with thumping loud music into the night

Pleasant hotel
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It is located in an interesting village. Good value for money.

Cons:

We had to request a kettle in our room to make hot drinks despite tea and coffee being included in the room facilities list. Our request was met.
