Pleasant stay but very little services for the price.
Pros:

Overall location in a quiet part of town. Good breakfast. Nice beds and linen.

Cons:

No staff to greet/ register a guest. Very confusing process. No staff visible throughout the stay to ask questions.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The staff always made sure the jugs were full with juice, water and milk, enough coffee and also the various types of bread were great. The location was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk from the main station.
The room was quite spacious and we had a view of both the river and the church.

Cons:

Towels were only given once and even though we stayed there for 5 days, we only had 2 towels. There is no fan or AC, so the room was quite hot during the night and we couldn't open the windows due to the bugs that were entering.

Morgenmaden var god.
Placeringen var rigtigt god - både i forhold til Interlaken og schynige platte.

Cons:

Der hang en seddel på værelset om, at man skulle betale op imod 2500 CHF, hvis der var vandskad, man brugte elkedlen til andet end vand, hvis der blev lavet huller i vægen mm. (man betaler også 100 CHF som depositum).
Man kunne knap nok stå op i badet (bruseren var meget lav).
Der lugtede lidt sjovt på værelset.
Indtjekningen var besværlig. Jeg havde tænkt, at der ville være personale og man kunne undgå at lave indtjekning på telefonen før ankomst, men da vi kom var der låst. Vi endte med at sidde og vente udenfor i 20 min (efter check-in var gennemført) indtil vi måtte ringe til dem og sige, at vi stadig ikke havde modtaget en kode til at komme ind. Det viste sig, at der var personale på den anden side af døren…

Die Lage am Fluss war ansprechend und das Frühstück war pssabel

Cons:

Das Check in war ein Marathon. Ohne ein Internet fähiges Gerät geht gar nichts und der Türcode war auf der Buchungsbestätigung nicht ersichtlich. Die gebrauchten Handtücher vom Vorgänger wurden nicht gewechselt. Da kein Personal im Hotel war, konnte dies auch nicht reklamiert werden. Der Service am Frühstück war unfreundlich und mürrisch. Konnte keine Fremdsprache ausser balkanesisch.

Pros:

We were within several hundred meters of the local SBB station which allowed us to take local rail service to Lauterbrunnen where we had reservations for the Jungfraujochbahn.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the Steinbock Steakhouse Restaurant no longer exists, but that said we found an excellent restaurant within a couple hundred meters (Restaurant Hirschen) that had excellent local fare

Cons:

The manager's behavior was unacceptable. After the reservation had been confirmed and fully paid, we were asked to pay additional charges. We were also required to pay extra for parking, provide a €100 security deposit, and were presented with unreasonably high compensation charges for alleged damages.
This created a very unpleasant experience and gave us the impression of a lack of transparency and fairness. We would not recommend this accommodation.
