Quiet, out of the way, historic stsy
Pros:

Awesome location. Easy walk to train/busses. Wonderfully quiet with the sound of the river outside our windows. Balcony with mountain view. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Not a fan of red carpet....but I think they are in the process of updating.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, beautiful location, and easy check-in.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is gorgeous, and the whole property was very clean and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and both the rooms and common areas were spotless. Check-in was also very easy and smooth.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the church next to the hotel. The church clock chimed every 15 minutes throughout the night, which made it very difficult for me to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room away from the church.

Lokalität, sehr ruhig. Wenn einem die Kirche und der Bach nicht stört, wirklich sehr gute Lage. Genügend Parkplätze, auch gleich vor dem Haus. Parking CHF 10.00 pro Nacht ist jedoch alles andere als ein Schnäppchen (Wird vom Depot gleich abgezogen). Depotrückzahlung erfolgte dafür zeitnah.

Cons:

Check-In Prozedere, sehr mühsam mit QR Code etc.. Gerade nach einem sehr anstrengenden Tag ist ein solch ungewohntes Einchecken sicher alles andere als angenehm. BTW ohne Depotzahlung von 100.00, kein Zugang.
Bett/ Matratze war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, generell einen wenig einladenden Eindruck. Frühstück Ok (bei diesem Übernachtungspreis jedoch etwas gar knapp). Werde da nicht mehr hingegen und ziehe lieber wieder ein Hostel vor.

Best way to spend our first trip to Switzerland!
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a great view.

Posizione favorevole sia per Interlaken che per i monti della zona Jungfrau.
Silenzioso nonostante il torrente vicino.
Posto auto comodo.

Cons:

Gestione impersonale, tutto tramite mail e cassetta chiavi. Dalla persona presente durante la colazione non era possibile fare richieste o avere informazioni.
Colazione con prodotti mediocri.
La campana della chiesa nelle vicinanze suyona anche durante la notte.
Rapporto qualità / prezzo non giustificato
