Pros:

Aunque el Hotel tiene muchos años está muy bien cuidado y mantenido.
El personal super amable y cordial.
Las habitaciones súper limpias y las camas comodísimas.
La comida del Rte. muy rica también.
Dispone de un Parking Privado frente al hotel y vigilado con cámaras que te dan mucha seguridad.

À refaire dans le futur à Figueres
Pros:

La chambre (114) très calme avec un grand lit confortable. Salle de bains d’époque mais suffisante pour personne seule. Personnel sympathique au restaurant et menu copieux ainsi que le petit dejeuner. Le + grand parking gratuit et surveillé par caméra.

Très décevant de l’hôtel travé. Personne répond au appels et au message. J’avais réservé pour 22:30. Personnes au réception. Pas d’indication pour la réception.

Mal trato y malas condiciones.

Nada. No se corresponde las fotos de booking con la realidad.

Cons:

Había una boda con música muy alta hasta aproximadamente las 2 de la madrugada y fue imposible descansar. Yo había solicitado expresamente una habitación silenciosa porque me levantaba temprano para trabajar, pero no se me informó previamente del evento.

La misma noche llamé varias veces a recepción y también bajé personalmente para pedir una solución, sin resultado. Además, solicité la hoja oficial de reclamaciones tanto durante la noche como al día siguiente y no se me facilitó, el chico de recepción me dijo que no podía dármela porqué la recepción estaba cerrada, cosa que en la web pone que está abierta 24 horas.

La habitación tampoco se correspondía con las fotografías publicadas en Booking y faltaban servicios anunciados en la reserva.

Finalmente tuve que tramitar la reclamación a través de Booking y organismos de consumo. Posteriormente he enviado correos y llamado para que me manden la hoja de reclamaciones y no me han contestado.
