Excelente para explorar a cidade, mas carece de maior cuidado interno.
Pros:

A dois passos do Mercado de Abastos e rodeado pelos melhores restaurantes de referência da cidade. É o poiso ideal para quem quer explorar a gastronomia galega logo após chegar.

O trajeto até à Catedral de Santiago é curto e acessível, o que se agradece depois de tantos quilómetros acumulados nas pernas.

Ser genuinamente pet-friendly num edifício histórico é um valor acrescentado que faz toda a diferença para quem viaja com animais.

Cons:

À chegada, o quarto apresentava areias no chão. Pior ainda são as áreas comuns: o chão estava tão sujo com cabelos, pó e areia que o nosso cão de pêlo preto ficava visivelmente sujo após se deitar. É um indicador claro de falta de aspiração e lavagem regular.

A casa de banho do quarto era extremamente fria, tornando a experiência de banho desconfortável, especialmente após um dia de caminhada.

Nota-se um desleixo geral na preparação dos espaços que a localização, por melhor que seja, não consegue compensar.

Pros:

The location was great. The hotel was comfortable and the check in was easy.
They allowed us to leave our suitcases during the day of departure.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Good location, quiet after 8pm.
Airport bus by the front door.
Comfortable bed..
Very clean,chough a little old around shower glass, should be replaced.

Cons:

The air conditioning came on and wouldn't turn off, it was extremely noisey . Luckily I gound guest who helped me phone staff ,ctgwy acted promptly by giving me door access yo another room, but this was 1am in the morning.
Bed side lights did not work andcam old lamp had been placed there, just about in reach without getting out of bed !
Considering there is a Michellin star restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast reminds you that you are not a premium customer. It was stingy, inderripe, cold fruit from the fridge, and basic stuff,
All the above needs to be addressed....slippery slope!

Zentral gelegenes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel

Die Lage ganz nah an der Altstadt war super. In der Nähe waren viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren geräumig. Das Bett war soweit bequem. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die zentrale Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße hatte den Nachteil, dass es nicht möglich war, nachts das Fenster offen zu lassen. Es war viel zu laut.
Leider wurde beim Check-in verpasst, uns mitzuteilen, ab wann das Frühstück serviert wird. Wir mussten früh raus und mussten bis 08:00 Uhr warten, sodass wir nur eine Viertelstunde nzum Frühstücken hatten.

​I truly wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because Nicole, Carlos, and Rafa are absolute superstars! 🔟/🔟🌟👍👌🙌💜
They were incredibly kind and attentive, providing service that went far above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, well-priced, and perfectly located.
​However, I am giving 4 stars for one specific reason: the air conditioning. As someone who prioritizes AC above all else, I was disappointed to find the system is regulated by the season. Since it was "off-season," only the heater was available. While the staff kindly provided a high-quality fan that allowed me to sleep well with the window open, the lack of climate control was a significant drawback.
​I highly recommend this hotel for the service and aesthetic, provided you don't mind the seasonal AC policy.
