Hotel correcto, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, la zona spa está muy deterioda (antigua)
Pros:

El desayuno es muy completo, hay practicamente de todo lo que se puede pedir en un bufet.

Cons:

El zumo de naranaja no me gustó, no era natural. La zona de Spa muy deteriorada, mucha falta de mantemiento, la bañera tenía desconchones, bajo mi punto de vista el hotel no corresponde actualmente a un 4* , el pesonal es muy atento y amable.

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y limpias y el trato del personal, muy atentos , con visita incluida a un pasadizo medieval junto a la propietaria que es una guía fantástica

Y el personal encantador y profesional
Es la 2a vez que iba y sin duda, volveré

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron, daba a la calle y estaban haciendo obras
Después de un viaje largo, queríamos descansar y tuvimos ruido de obra de las 8 h hasta las 18 h, la verdad que no sé descanso mucho pero no podemos decir que era culpa del hotel

Hotel muy bonito y relajante
Pros:

La piscina y el jardín son excepcionales. El buffet está muy bien y tiene buena calidad, además el staff es muy agradable y siempre te ayudan en todo lo que pueden.
La habitación es muy agradable, limpia, luminosa.

Cons:

Tiene una bañera/jacuzzi muy alta y es bastante incomodo salir de ella, además de estar muy poco iluminada.

Bollería y torrija bastante malucha.

En mi opinión le falta una papelera a la habitación a parte de la que hay en el baño.

Muy Buen hotel con piscina y vistas.
Pros:

La piscina y el jardin se estaba fenomenal. La habitacion tambien estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Los unicos fallos que diria y se pueden corregir para mi son las almohadas que no eran comodas, la bañera que prefiero un plato de ducha y que el agua caliente tardaba mucho por la mañana en salir. El parking tampoco es muy comodo.
