Colchón de la cama auxiliar era apenas de un par de dedos y no había puerta ( solo una cortina) para separar estancias entre baño y dormitorio. Te congelabas de frío al ducharte. No me esperaba algo así en un 4 estrellas

Estuve alojada este puente de mayo y todo muy bien. Si tengo que volver a Biescas volveré a este hotel.

Cons:

Solo por poner una pega: yo cogí habitación Junior suite y dio la casualidad que mi habitación estaba justo encima del spa por lo que hacía calor en la habitación si dejaba las ventanas cerradas.

Ubicación perfecta y hotel de ensueño
Pros:

Las zonas comunes son preciosas, hay muchos bares, tiendas y demás por la zona. El hotel es muy nuevo, la cama comodísima, las vistas espectaculares y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

No entendí bien el funcionamiento del desayuno. No lo tenía incluido y me cobraron un día 16€ por persona y otro día menos, habiendo comido lo mismo. El spa es bastante sencillo, faltaria un baño turco o jacuzzi. En las habitaciones se concentra mucha humedad.

Muy contentos con la estancia
Pros:

El hotel es una pasada, espacios comunes amplios, gimnasio sencillo pero funcional y spa con chorros, sauna y ducha.
Nos ha gustado mucho y lo vamos a recomendar.

Cons:

1. Pedimos cama doble y nos dieron dos individuales.
2. La habitación se notaba que hacía mínimo una semana que no la limpiaban... había bastante polvo... entiendo que al ser tan grande algunas habitaciones no se utilicen tanto pero antes de entregarla al cliente se debería hacer un repaso.

Pros:

Todas las instalaciones es del hotel excelentes, tiene una muy buena pileta , gimnasio y sauna , la ubicación para nuestras intenciones de ir a lourdes excelente, una localidad con poco movimiento por la fecha del año.
El personal de la recepción excelente.
