La ubicación, en una zona tranquila, el spa y gimnasio están muy bien. El personal atendió nuestra peticiones. El desayuno muy completo y variado.

Cons:

Echamos de menos algún edredón, en lugar de manta tradicional. En cuanto a la bañera, siendo como es un hotel de montaña debería de tener una mampara completa, ya que al tener un concepto abierto se pasa frío durante la ducha.

Lovely location, and generally well maintained throughout. Staff friendly.
Cons:

Pillows are all too flat and not offering much support. I suspect they need replacing especially as all four of them were quite flat despite trying to plump them up. Even two together were not comfortable as they offered little support. The hotel is rated as 4 * so they really were not acceptable.
