Rooms are a little small, especially for longer stays.
Don’t know where to start! Spacious, very clean room. Comfortable bed. Very helpful, highly professional staff. Excellent breakfast, super dinners. The hotel being so close to the ski lifts made us skiing practically to the door.
Perhaps a small kettle in the room would make a herbal tea before going to bed possible.

Good location near the slopes. The hotel looks nice inside, and the employees are helpful, but they do not speak English.
It is definitely not worth it, and I would not consider it a 4-star hotel. Here is why:
Breakfast is poor, especially the meat and cheese selection—there is simply a very small choice overall, and the desserts are also repetitive.
You have to pay extra for everything. The spa costs €25–30 per person for 45 minutes, which is ridiculous for a 4-star hotel that charges €250 per day.
We also had a problem drying our clothes after skiing. There are no dedicated drying rooms in the hotel, and there are no radiators in the room, so we left everything in the bathroom, but of course it didn’t fully dry overnight.
We also had dinner at the hotel for €30 per person, but it was still quite poor for a hotel at this level.
There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room, and you have to pay extra for them in the spa. There is also no toilet brush in the bathroom, which I don’t understand.
As other guests have mentioned, the rooms are too hot, so if you try to dry your clothes in the room, it becomes impossible to get rid of the heat.
Overall, the hotel is well located and looks pleasant inside, but many things simply don’t work well and feel poorly thought out. I would not recommend this hotel for this price.

volvimos de esquiar a las 16,30 y estaban las habitaciones sin hacer así que tuvimos que llamar para hacerla y salirnos de la habitación cuando queríamos descansar y ducharnos
Me dijeron que para que las hagan por la mañana hay que avisar que es urgente.
No sé decir si hacer las habitaciones a lo largo del día es urgente en un cuatro estrellas
El desayuno tiene una zona para hacer huevos al momento pero hay mucha cola. Por el resto muy normal y sin zumos naturales
