Alla recepition ho trovato personale professionale ma per nulla empatico
alla richiesta se potevano indicarmi un ristorante , me ne hanno consigliato uno , con tono abbastanza scocciato e senza darmi indicazioni su come raggiungerlo. Questo atteggiamento non mi è piaciuto

Friendly staff, good breakfast, but noisy and uncomfortable at night

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

However, during the night the heating was turned off, and the air conditioner was very noisy. There was a lot of banging, doors being slammed, and loud talking in the corridor, which made it feel very crowded and uncomfortable. However, the room’s furniture was very old and worn.
