Colazione ottima e molto varia, personale fantastico disponibile, professionale e molto cortese. Posizione ottima e parcheggio utilissimo.
Per essere un 4 stelle, la dotazione dei prodotti da bagno è un po' scarsa. Due dispenser: uno in doccia con shampoo/bagno doccia e uno al lavabo con sapone. Essendo una località di mare, anche una crema corpo non guasterebbe.

A wonderful, clean hotel with a beautiful view from the balcony. Room was spacious enough for four people. The location is perfect, and the breakfast was excelent. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Cristallo. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spotless, quiet, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was pleasant and made me feel at home. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the overall service was outstanding.
I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend Hotel Cristallo to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

On a serious note we had high hopes for our stay in Rimini, the first trip back for over 30 years.
We found this gem and even before we booked we felt it looked to be to good to be true. After a week here we were truly sad to leave. The room (Honeymoon Suite) was fantastic, the two balconies facing the beach were stunning. One balcony was in the sun most of the day while the other provided a break from the sun so was excellent to cool down, have a coffee and chill.
The welcome provided at the hotel was warm and friendly, all our contact with the staff was great so happy and helpful. A happy proactive greeting as you walk through reception really made us feel welcome.
There is a link with one of the beaches around 30 metres away.
There are loads of restaurants and bars within a five minute stroll. There is the usual range of shops catering to visitors.
The hotel is maybe 200 metres from the Metromare station and the bus stop is within yards. Tickets for both can be bought at the tobacconist next door.
The only negative is that they have not yet set their prices for next year so we cannot book again yet.
