years and note it is under new management again!

EXCELLENT SEJOUR DANS CET HOTEL SIMPLE ET DISCRET
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux par le patron et les jeunes de l'accueil.
Chambre au calme côté toit, un hôtel simple qui n'est pas sonore , c'est rare...

La gentillesse du personnel, l'ascenseur, le charme authentique et romantique de la chambre, la vue sur le Tour Eiffel (la vue n'est pas que partielle", l'emplacement, plutôt bonne insonorisation pour un immeuble de Montmartre, le lit.

Wunderschön! Man bekommt die Atmosphäre des Place des Abbesses direkt mit. Sehr pariserisch!

Bon rapport qualité prix dans un quartier phare de Paris !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel accueillant et arrangeant. La chambre était mignonne avec un petit côté ancien et la literie confortable.
Bon rapport qualité prix dans une zone extrêmement touristique ou les prix flambent vite !
Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner mais il est globalement moins cher que tout ce que nous avons pu voir dans le quartier (10€/personne au moment de notre visite).

Cons:

Il s'agit d'un ancien immeuble donc l'isolation phonique n'est pas des meilleures. On a pu entendre les conversations de nos voisins et leur télé ainsi que les personnes rentrant dans la nuit. La lumière passait un peu entre les rideaux et la porte de la chambre. Donc si vous êtes sensible à la lumière et au bruit, prévoyez des boules quies et un masque pour les yeux.
Cependant ça n'a pas été trop dérangeant non plus et nous avons suffisamment bien dormi !

La pression de la douche dans les étages n'est pas très bonne et l'eau du robinet toujours un peu tiède. Mais encore une fois, ce n'est pas anormal dans un vieil immeuble, il me semble juste bien de le mentionner si ça peut éventuellement gêner certaines personnes !
