Emplacement central, personnel accueillant
Pros:

Établissement idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du lac et du Paquier. Le personnel était très accueillant, la chambre était confortable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais aurait pu être encore mieux.

Adresse sûre pour passer un agréable week-end !
Pros:

L’emplacement à deux pas de la vieille ville et du lac est super! Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées. La literie est très confortable les chambres sont bien insonorisées.
La climatisation en chambre est un vrai plus surtout en ces temps de canicule.
Le personnel est très sympathique est accueillant ! La petite citronnade disponible à l’accueil est très appréciable !

Cons:

L’ascenseur est difficile pour les personnes claustrophobes comme moi, et je suis restée un peu sur ma faim au niveau du petit déjeuner

Gute Lage, Stil der Einrichtung, immer grinsende Empfangsdame

Cons:

Die Pflege des Hotels ist ausbaufähig. Duschvorhänge sollten mal gereinigt werden und der Teppich im Flur ist auch etwas mitgenommen. Am Empfang bitte bei 30 Grad einen Menschen vollgepackt mit Motorrad Kluft und Taschen nicht mit 2 Euro Kurtaxe nerven sondern erstmal ankommen lassen.

La posizione e il contributo per il parcheggio nelle vicinanze sono stati molto apprezzati.

Comfortable easy place to stay for 1 night
Pros:

Good location a few minutes from lake and old town. Family room for 3 was comfortable and aircon

Cons:

There is no lift from the street up to reception which was challenging with heavy bags. There is then a tiny cylinder lift to take bags up to the bedrooms. Also be aware that parking is not on site....there is a space out front to drop bags and then you have to drive a few minutes to a public car park. The hotel give you a ticket to cover overnight stay in the car park and you pay the rest

Hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation si vous désirez passer un week-end à Annecy en étant proche de la vieille ville
