Charming old-fashioned hotel with convenient location
Pros:

This old-fashioned hotel actually has a person at the desk 24 hours a day! They give you a map and helpful recommendations. The breakfast is good, in a cozy space. The hotel is very near the train station, and you can walk to the Old Town or to the edge of the lake in just a few minutes!
Comment: the carpeting in the room needs to be removed as it smells bad [of old age].

Perfect hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

The location is perfect, right near the city center, the train station and walking distance to the lake. The staff was lovely and helpful and I would definitely stay here again. It was also really quiet.

Très bien placé, propre et bien équipé
Pros:

Super accueil du réceptionniste, de bon conseil et très gentil.
Très bien placé, tout peut se faire à pied.
Chambre économique petite mais fonctionnelle avec salle de bain neuve, et clim très appréciable par canicule.

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé mais lié au festival du film, comme tous les hôtels a cette période.
Les tarifs habituels semblent plus raisonnables

Für eine Übernachtung ok, wenn man mit Familie reist oder längere Zeit in Annecy verbringt, würden wir nicht nochmal dor

Zentrale Lage nahe der Fußgängerzone.

Cons:

Sehr sporadische Ausstattung, quietschende Türen und knarrende Böden. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war nur mittelmäßig.

Pros:

Hotel tres bien situé, Petit déjeuner tres bien, le parking à 2 pas gratuit pour la nuit. l'ascenseur est tres rigolo mais fonctionnel a ne pas prendre à 2 si vous faites 100Kg. Personnel tres gentil et serviable.

Nice perfect stay when you visit Annecy
Pros:

We had a lovely stay with great friendly people staff. The breakfast is authentic and the rooms were big enough for a nice cosy stay.

Good but not worth the money
Pros:

The location is super and staff are friendly! The room was clean and spacious also.

Cons:

The room was very noisy due to the water pulps around . Not for people who need calm. The bathroom was smelly also and there was a weird smell in the room when I checked in, after a while it fades but it made me uncomfortable
