Pros:

Excelente ubicación y relación calidad-precio. Recepción 24hs y posibilidad de dejar el equipaje antes de realizar el check in. Estar en el centro, a 100mts de la estación y esa posibilidad de dejar el equipaje lo convierte en un 10 de 10.

Rapport qualité/prix, entrée, esgaliers, côté auberge de jeunesse, salle a manger.

Cons:

Des personnes très bruyantes au petit-déjeuner (groupe de touristes maltais).
Les croissants pourraient être frais (pas industriels). Notre chambre etait un.peu trop petite.

Posizione strategica
Pros:

Ottima posizione, reception h.24. Molto pulito. Molto silenzioso, nonostante la posizione centrale. Non ho sentito passare nemmeno un treno.

Cons:

Non c'è l'ascensore, non c'è parcheggio (ma ti offrono una notte nel posteggio pubblico coperto più vicino).
Non ci sono tende chiare, quindi, per non essere visti dal palazzo di fronte, bisogna chiudere quelle oscuranti ed accendere la luce elettrica. Nella mia stanza, i pannelli della doccia non la chiudevano completamente: infatti ne mancava 1 su 3. Molto molto caldo: aprile e con il termosifone spento ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta.

Pros:

L'hotel se trouve à 2 pas de la gare ce qui est super pratique pour les voyageurs. Les chambres sont propres et la qualité générale de l'établissement est supérieur au rapport qualité-prix. L'équipe est compréhensible, aidante et présente pour le client peu importe son besoin. Pour conclure, c'est on hotel parfait pour quelqu'un qui vient dans la région pour la première fois, ou pour un visiteur régulier. Tip top!

Cons:

- L'ascenceur était hors service ( point négatif seulement si vous avez plusieurs bagages)

Pros:

Very close to the center, walking distance 5 minutes to the old town and next to the train station. The parking is also very close.
Good breakfast in general and good coffee.
The room was renovated.

Cons:

The elevator was not working so we had to carry all our stuff to the second floor.
The floor in our room was not very clean.

L'hotel è stato un ottimo appoggio per un breve soggiorno di un pomeriggio e una notte.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, letto comodo, doccia e bagno in generale in ottime condizioni. Buono anche il sapone in dotazione. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Asciugacapelli pressoché inutile ma classico da hotel. Ascensore momentaneamente fuori servizio.

Pratique pour une nuit
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Le fait de devoir laisser ses clés au comptoir à chaque sortie de l’hôtel ne donne pas une sensation de sécurité pour les affaires qu’on laisse en chambre.
Attention, la solution de parking proposée n’est valable que la nuit, ce qui n’est pratique que lorsqu’on est de passage mais pas pour un séjour de plusieurs jours où on ne projette pas d’utiliser sa voiture outre mesure
Enfin, les chambres les plus hautes ne sont pas bien insonorisées et nous avons eu de la chance d’avoir des voisins plutôt calmes

Nice, centrally located hotel in Annecy; would stay here again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff - particularly Shannon, who was charming and courteous, and gave us a map and tips upon arrival. The hotel is centrally located with parking close by. It was a nice base to explore this very pretty town.

Cons:

It is a nice old building, but the ceilings are correspondingly a bit low. Rooms are fairly simple. We did have to pay about €5 for parking.
