Nothing apart from some difficulty with messages about non payment by my credit card which had been accepted before and after through Booking.com. I reported it and on arrival I was assured the account had been processed.

Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very beautiful and well-appointed; it's reminiscent of an art museum, thanks to its many paintings and other artefacts. The breakfast was decent. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was really beautiful. Overall, the hotel lived up to its 5-star rating.

Cons:

The room had central air conditioning. I don't know why, but during our stay, it worked terribly poorly; we were simply suffocated by the stuffiness, and opening the window for ventilation was impossible. The minibar didn't cool drinks well. Even though we paid for breakfast through Booking.com in advance, they suddenly tried to charge us for it once more.

Lovely, easily accessible hotel in the city with secure parking.
Pros:

Underground parking was very tight, but we made it without scraping the car. it's a big car so smaller ones will be fine. It wasn't clear which garage floor we should stop on and we went down too far. It wasn't a problem though. The room was lovely with beautiful old furniture. All very clean and comfy.. dinner was tasty but very small gourmet portions- after a long day travelling we wanted something more substantial - good thing we had some biscuits. Very good breakfast, Not too far to walk into town.

Cons:

Other than small dinner, nothing.

Pros:

It was very convenient to the old town, only problem was, it was very warm in our room. Left our balcony door ajar to cool it. Other than that it was lovely
