Good choice for Segovia
Pros:

The room was quite large even by American standards. Room was functional and clean. It's a quick bus ride (E2.35) from the train station to the hotel. Study up on the bus system as it works well getting from the hotel to the tourist sites of Segovia. Fares are E1.15, but make sure you catch the bus in the right direction (to or from the hotel).

Me decepcionó el trato del personal, fueron poco profesionales y descorteses.

El hotel en si está excelente , tiene detalles de categoría , y el desayuno es muy completo.

Cons:

No me gustó La distancia con el centro, creí que estaba más cercano , Pero se puede tomar taxi, te lo solicitan en recepción sin problemas.

Pros:

De ruime opzet van het hotel en de indeling van kamer en badkamer. De kamer had een paar fauteuils en de badkamer was goed ingedeeld.

Het ontbijt was niet heel smaakviol.

Hotel encantador con muy buen servicio
Pros:

El hotel en general es precioso y muy limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, lo que hace la estancia realmente agradable. La comida no presenta ninguna pega y además ofrecen variedad de opciones adaptadas sin gluten, algo muy de agradecer. El personal ha sido siempre amable y atento.

Cons:

El spa está muy bien cuidado y los vestuarios son cómodos y limpios. Sin embargo, me pareció un espacio más reducido de lo esperado y con menos servicios de los habituales en un spa, además de una temperatura del agua algo fría.
