Escapada romántica de relax total
Pros:

La habitación muy muy cómoda. El hotel exquisito. Estuvimos muy a gusto. La decoración era muy bonita, el baño muy grande, la habitación amplia y nos relajamos muchísimo en el spa

Cons:

En alguna ocasión el personal fue algo seco pero fueron hechos puntuales. El trato fue en general muy correcto y no puedo sacarle ningún “pero” a nuestra estancia

El desayuno y la atención del personal de recepción, sobre todo la chica con el pelo liso largo, fué una atención increible y muy amable en todo momento con nosotros

Cons:

por poner una pega, el servicio de copas en la sala de estar... parecia que no querian atendernos, estuvimos mas de 20 minutos para unas copas y un poleo, un tanto lentos y desganados.

Pleasant enough but I don’t think I would stay again for the price I was charged.
Pros:

Being charged to use the pool and having to buy flip flops for your feet at€6 and €5 euro for a swim cap and then €12 for one hour swim. Because of this we didn’t use the facilities and the whole reason we booked the hotel was for this reason. I paid good money to stay there and to be charged more to use the facilities I think is disgusting.

Cons:

Property was fine clean and comfortable but could do with being updated in areas.

Pros:

La habitación estaba genial. Todo limpio y buena temperatura. El Spa en realidad es una piscina climatizada con un jacuzzi pero está bastante bien. El resto de servicios nos parecieron caros.

Cons:

Lo peor el desayuno, que me pareció muy masificado y con pocos alimentos recién hechos. Creo que para un hotel de este nivel, el desayuno debe ser mejor. Este desayuno te lo encuentras en cualquier 3 estrellas.

Pros:

Tenía el autobús en la misma puerta y te dejaba en el centro. El desayuno y la comida muy buenos.

En el Spa no funcionaban todas las funciones y la sauna estaba rota.
Era el 50 aniversario de mis padres y ni siquiera les pusieron un mínimo detalle en la habitación, lo hacen en todos los hoteles y llame para solicitarlo y me dijeron que ese servicio era de pago. No pido nada excepcional, con un detalle simple hubiera bastado pero se negaron.

A única coisa favorável no hotel foi o roomservice.

Cons:

Pessoal da recepção beirando a grosseria, principalmente uma funcionária de nome ANA. Pior experiência que já tive em hotéis na Europa! Um 4 estrelas já bem decadente, onde a grande maioria dos funcionários não faz nenhuma questão de gerar uma boa experiência para os hóspedes! A cama de mola dura , de tanto uso. Café da manhã sofrível, com 100% dos produtos industrializados. Ninguém para ajudar com a bagagem… quase fui embora na noite que cheguei.
Uma ressalva para a limpeza dos quartos. As meninas se esforçam.
