Categories

Cleanliness
3.5
Many reviews report pervasive dirt: dirty glasses, dusty lamps and cables, hairs and dust in rooms, stained walls, mold in bathroom joints, dirty minibar and pool-area/locker-room uncleanliness; cleanliness is a clear weak point.
Service
10
Multiple comments praise reception and staff as friendly, professional and helpful; several guests explicitly highlight excellent treatment and quick check-in, so service is a strong positive in reviews.
Location
10
Several guests note a convenient location (including proximity to the airport) and praise the location; one review mentions an industrial area as less pleasant, but overall location is consistently seen as convenient.
Room Quality
5.5
Many rooms are described as outdated or spartanic, with uncomfortable/worn beds, shower trays that do not drain well and visible wear; some guests found rooms spacious but comfort is uneven.
Amenities
6.7
Guests mention specific amenities (paddle court, pool) but report issues: pool water turbidity, dirty pool surroundings and locker rooms, and a dirty minibar; amenities exist but their condition is inconsistent.
Value for Money
10
Several reviewers explicitly note good quality/price and recommend the hotel for its value; despite shortcomings, many consider the price appropriate.
Food and Beverage
6.7
Breakfast generally described as acceptable with some variety (but examples like non-fresh orange juice); some complaints about restaurant hours and minibar stock/cleanliness—mixed but not the worst aspect.
Overall Experience
10
Reviews are mixed: while many guests praise staff, value and some facilities, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness and maintenance. Overall experience is swung positive by strong service and value comments.

Pros:

La amabilidad de la señora que nos atendió. Lastimosamente no se el nombre. Nos encendía la sauna cuando le decíamos y con gran amabilidad nos proporcionó toallas que no llevamos.
